Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. I typically don't post reviews right away because I'd like to give it a few days for the finished product to really shine. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I am BEYOND happy with the job he's done. I understand hiccups happens, but how its handled matters and they do not disappoint. I went ahead and canceled a full Body PPF wrap schedule from another shop and decided for Andy, Justin and the team to take on the job since the customer service was superb. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

They booked me for my appointment as soon as we discussed what was wanted and pricing. On the day of, they walked around my car showing me possible future issues, as well as unseen alignment issues I didn't know about. Gave me great recommendations, and finalized pricing. They offer so many services that I didn't know about they not only offer window time, but detail, car wash, ceramic coatings, and after market options/modifications. I had them do the window tins, and a center console swivel mount for the screen. It all looks fantastic and works without any issues. They offer warranty on the tint, as well as registering you for your warranty for you which I thought was a great touch. They went well above my expectations and the car looks great. Thank you Dan and team for a great job well done, and I've already convinced my wife she needs tint done too. So expect us in there along with the rest of my household for any tinting service needs.

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield.
