VVP Tint did such a great job on my Model Y! I finally took delivery of my Tesla and i knew immediately it needed the windows done. My brother has used VVP tint on 3 of his cars and highly recommended them. I ended up using them and I have to tell you, you won't be disappointed. They use 3M instead of Johnson film and they have both nano ceramic and full ceramic. I went with Nano as I personally don't think I need the full ceramic. What impressed me about VVP is that Teslas are a little harder to tint due to the window automatically rolling down the windows whenever the door is opened and shut. They were able to navigate around this drawback, and my windows look beautiful. The inside of my car instantly feels cooler and it's nice having some privacy. Please don't hesitate using VVP! You'll be very happy.

My condo gets a lot of sun and for years I've considered tinting for all of the pros residential tinting offers, but have always been concerned with distorting the view. On a whim I recently decided to consider tinting again, calling one company I had previously received a quote from and decided to give VVP a call. Valentin was responsive, very flexible and worked to get out to me at my earliest chance. Valentin was down to earth, very knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I was looking to do, consider my concerns and not only offered options, but broke them down to help me see how they related to my project, as well as the cost and differences between the optional products he offered. In the end I decided on a Johnson film product, but was stuck between the Johnson Nightscape 35 and 25 because again I was concerned with distorting the view. I bugged Valentin a couple more times before deciding to go with the Nightscape 25 which was a little more, but offered more performance and I couldn't be happier. Besides finding a chip in the glass of one of my sliding glass doors, the tinting of my windows came out great and I almost immediately started to feel a temperature change. I have over 20 panels, including windows and sliding glass doors, but the efficiency with which VVP knocked them all out while trying to clean-up as they were working was super impressive and I would highly recommend Valentin and VVP Tint for whatever tinting need you may have, auto, residential or business. They're really good! Oh and the chip in the glass, Valentin offered to come back once the glass is replaced, no problem. Thanks V!

I was actually on my way to another tint shop in the area, but the GPS lady in my new car lead me straight to VVP Tint one block before my intended location. I feel as though there may have been a bit of divine intervention because I am extremely pleased with the quality work performed on my vehicle, the spotless work area, and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. I had never heard of ceramic window and selecting tint is kind of a big decision to make when you have a new car, and guys were patient in explaining the differences in the types of tint now available. I went with 5% Ceramic (Limo) on the back and 20% Ceramic on the sides which may be a little darker than I realized, but that's okay. I'll just wait for the fix-it from the CHP before I change it out. I highly recommend VVP for your auto tinting needs.

I had a great experience with VVP. I requested a quote and I thought was a good deal. I set up an appointment for a couple days later. I was in and out of there within 1.5 hrs. I got the #3 (20%) on the side windows and #4 (5%) on the read window. They did a great job on my Lexus. I would highly recommend them.

VVP tinting is a very unreliable company. They do not honor their own warranty. Beware and consider this review. A fair warning. The owner Valentin did the tint on my home window. Note, that window is just there for aesthetic purposes. It could not be opened or closed and it's placed above our patio door. The the tint he placed, had lifted and had a rip on the side, about 2 inches in length, which could be visibly seen. I took pictures, went to his shop and showed him the lift and rip on the side. After few conversations, he said, he would fix it. He went to my place the second time and said he will place a window strip tape around the film. I agreed to whatever he said. Then he asked me if I wanted to have it darker, it would cost me additional $150! First and foremost, from the very beginning, I had a request the darkest tint possible . And now, he comes back to me telling me he could put the darkest tint if I give him more money. After two weeks of installing the first tint on my window. On the second visit after telling me that he would come back to put the window strip tape on the film, and to call him to remind him, he never came back. I have texted and called him a few times and has never responded to any text messages or calls. This is how he does business he has agreed to fix his subpar work, but would never show up or respond to you again. So beware, of this business. He would also want the payments made in cash.

Valentín scheduled my appointment and Joseph was attentive during my Ceramic tint install. I requested 20% in the front and 5% in the rear. He said it would take 2 hours and he delivered. He also mentioned not to lower the windows for at least 48 hours and that it comes with a lifetime warranty. The price is competitive with most businesses in LA County and Riverside County. read more

Amazing experience. Got both my cars - Lexus and Tesla window tinted here the same day. Owner Valentine is really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in business. I was unsure about the tint percentage, and he patiently explained all the options. Great service, price and lifetime warranty on XPel Prime XR Plus Ceramic tint film. I called other places around as well, but this had the best price. They also do home window tinting and interior designing so will check that out in future. On VVP Tint website they also have a free quote app integrated where you pick your car's make/model and pick the shade to simulate what it would look like for each window. Do not trust these guys. They will lie to your face. Tint cut to short & Tint had bubbles even before I left, they told me it was water that would go away. Bubbles got worse. I was told I would get a refund. No refund, 2 months have gone by. No call back. I told VVT I would get a "No proof class action lawsuit" (no receipt needed) together. Tired of people getting ripped off. If you know people that have messed up window tint & could not get replaced or refund. Have them hit me up. read more

I took my 4Runner here around 9:30 am and told them I had to have it done by 3 pm and they were done by 2:45 and they did a great job! I told them I wanted everything blacked out and a little tint on the front windshield and they gave me exactly what I wanted and it came out amazing! I do not know what happened to this place, but I personally think that Valentin simply do not care anywhere or mistreat the "younger generation." Like others, I simply went to Yelp to find a close tint shop right next my school, CSULB. After arriving, I told him that I wanted 30% in the front and 20% in the back, and don't forget the small windows and the window strip. I also had to remind him to take my contact info. Anyway, two hours later, I am not sure what Valentin was smoking (and yes, he actually does smoke), but I went up to pick up the car, the tint was VERY dirty. I assume this will simply fade away as it dries. Not only that, he forgot to install my window strip and was going to charge me for it! Anyway, the next day, there were air bubbles forming and the tint started peeling. He also claims to have used "carbon film," which was odd to me because carbon film is actually a pretty good quality film. I called up Valentin and he told me to stop by, so I had to drive all the way back to the tint shop just for him to say if he were to remove the tint, re-tint it, make it darker, and apply the window strip, it would be an extra $150. NO! First of all, HE already charged me for the crappy *** tint job he did to the car, and now HE wants to charge me extra for redoing the job?! It has been 3 days, and here are the problems. 1. The tint installation is dirty; there are water stains everywhere. 2. There are bubbles forming and the tint is starting to peel. 3. Wanting to charge extra to re-do job because it "simply not enough" or "justify their policy" in re-tint." I also asked because it is HIS mistakes for doing such a horrible job on the car, if he is willing to negotiate removing the tint and giving me back a partial refund. NOPE! DOESN'T APPLY! I thought it would be convenient since it is right next to CSULB and I saw some positive reviews on Yelp. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! Now I am stuck having to go somewhere else to remove the tint and PROFESSIONALLY install tint again. Customer service always come first! If you are going to do a job. Do it right! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMONE TO INSTALL TINT AND HAVE IT BE ALL DIRTY, WATER STAINS, AND BUBBLES! IF YOU WANT FAIRNESS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! VALENTIN SEEMS TO NOT CARE ANYMORE OR CARE ABOUT THE "YOUNGER GENERATION." Not sure what they are smoking, but this is not how you suppose to do business. To reply to Valentin's comment: 1) All professional tint shop that install tint should carry different varieties of film (dyed film tint, high performance tint, carbon tint, and ceramic tint) where customers should be allowed to choose the different percentages of darkness. Owners and installer should also recommend and inform customers about the different types of film used for tint and know how to apply different percentage of darkness. 2. Just because you are on your break, does not mean you can still disrespect a potential customer who wants to do service with you. Also, it is unprofessional to be smoking while customers is around. If you are on your break, please excuse yourself and smoke in a designated area, not right next to your business and where you are working on cars. 3. Every tint install should come with a lifetime warranty, which you claimed and stated I will have upon install, which SHOULD cover air bubbles or an unsatisfactory install or unsatisfied. I even asked if you can even simply remove the tint and if I even can get a partial refund. You even said, "Because it's not major and it there are only minor problems, I cannot do anything about it." In addition, you wanted to at first charge me $150 for the removal, to reapply, and potentially make it darker. It was not until I brought up about the windshield strip that you say, "Okay. $50 only for windshield strip, but you have to come back another day." Thus, you only cared about the business and not the customer. You wanted the money first and was even willing to redo it at first. 4. We are all human. We make mistakes. But we have to take full responsibilities for our wrong doings. If you really do care about your customers, you would have had better business conduct. Also, please learn proper grammar. I took my business somewhere else, but at least have the dignity to refund me and accept your mistakes. read more

I chatted with Valentin over call and text today, letting him know that I was interested in a ceramic tint for my older car. He gave me a reasonable quote and managed to fit me in the same day. Once I pulled up, Alex and Alonzo helped me, and the communication from my conversation with Valentin was conveyed to them perfectly. Alex helped me out by showing me my options and giving his opinions, and I went with 35% ceramic tint all around the car. Not once did they try to upsell me anything or rush me into making a decision, and they finished the job right on the dot (90 minutes). Great service and experience. read more

These guys were awesome. I needed 6 windows tinted with a 1-way film so people outside couldn't see in to the back offices of my business from the street. Not only did these guys have the best price but they were available to do the work right away and did a great job. I checked around the edges of the windows for straight cuts and checked the windows for bubble...none. These were tall 48x84" windows and they got it perfectly right. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I heard about VVP tint from the dealer where I bought my F150. It was a black truck so a tint could only make it look way better, plus I wanted to reduce the heat and hide the contents of my truck better. I considered cheap $100 tints, but after reading lots and lots of reviews online about different tints, I decided I had to get something quality, even if it cost more. I went with a suntek CI-R tint on all my windows. It looked great and Valentín was very helpful. He allowed me to bring it back in recently to fix a spot where some bubbles appeared when removing a sticker from the inside of the windshield. Definitely gonna bring my wife's Kia soul in for the same treatment when the time is right. Thanks Valentín and thanks VVP Tint! read more

Can I say I love this company! When I say Professional I mean professional the owner was really good at explaining to me what I needed to get done.. I have a large picture window done it is six feet by six. The owner came and placed the tint himself and when I say inexpensive I mean really expensive. He also told me if I have any problems please give him a call and he will come back and fix the problem and he cleaned up after himself!!!! Score!!! You have got to love that!! Bring your car, your mommas, your grandmamas, and your neighbor's car here. I am so satisfied with how my car came out. My camry looks like a different car since I waited so long to tint the windows. I was very indecisive about where to go and which tints to get. Once I had an idea of the tint, I messaged this place and the place next door and I recommend this place 100%. Price is on point, and the work is fast! Valentin was done in an hour and a half. While I was waiting for it to be done I couldn't stop starring, I was so excited. Thank you Valentin. Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. I typically don't post reviews right away because I'd like to give it a few days for the finished product to really shine. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I am BEYOND happy with the job he's done. I understand hiccups happens, but how its handled matters and they do not disappoint. I went ahead and canceled a full Body PPF wrap schedule from another shop and decided for Andy, Justin and the team to take on the job since the customer service was superb. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

First let me say I could write way more than i am going to detail wise , but they are nice but they are just ok at window tinting and the tint they had used was cheap as with i found out down the line talking to many tint shops and actual makers of tint. Just the way they sold me on it I should have known for how cheap they are they have not been around for a long time so that also should have been a hint , My girl and i also read many of the reviews after the fact and so many specially after someone has given them a bad review , right after a good one pops up in fact we have seen guys working for them that have written reviews sure mostly all family and such , yes i know many do that but no one is perfect this was a while ago and like i said not getting into the details on how they handled it not worried just saying do not trust the tint they use get a verified warranty card and if its so cheap compared to others still you know something is not right. I only went on here for the reason of the fake reviews months later and the fact how they handled my situation to many out there with real reviews and real good film and much better installation. this place well to much to write but cheap film know the company they use this place was in a bad place before now in some outdoor stupid muffler place there work is sloppy reviews are mostly fake and they are liars and cheats with low prices to match there work and cheap company film so many other better places to go. Had my window tint done on so many cars nothing is perfect but this film 6 months later see the difference in color from the edge on top where window is up always to the rest of it , researched this film they use not well liked it, not worth going back having them fix it deal with it again. They charge a low price for a reason you get what you pay for in the long run read more

Saw the work they did on my moms car so I had to stop by and get my car tinted too! Very affordable prices and high quality merchandise as far as stereos, speakers and alarms.
