In late April we decided to use them to build a patio for us that is 14 ft by 65 ft. Due to all the rain that we've had this spring it took a little while for them to be able to get started through no fault of their own. They arrived at our house on a Wednesday morning and today (Thursday) I have a patio. These guys arrived and the owner Doug accompanied them and made sure that everything we wanted was clearly understood and that his crew was well briefed. I'll get to my incredible love and respect for his crew in a moment, immediately the crew started work and my horribly unlevel mud pit of a yard suddenly within about six hours became a level well defined area for my patio to be poured on today. I can't even begin to describe the machine like precision in which these guys work, it's surreal. Each and every person here was courteous and respectful, professional and extremely efficient at what they were doing. They were communicative when we would have questions or just curiosity about the process, and their customer service is off the chart. Not only did we get this patio for an unbelievably great price, but had they not been the lowest bid I would have still chosen them because of the exemplary service that they have given us from the word go, even before they started the project. One of the best things is Doug himself even rolled up his sleeves and worked beside his crew! Now that is leadership right there. Now I want to give a special shout-out to each member of his crew as they really left an impression on my husband and I. Chris, James, Joe, Mike and Steve. You guys, WOW! You guys are amazing, seriously, you're all so sweet, so good at what you do, you work your tails off and are truly respected by us and appreciated. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. We have had FRS completely 2 major projects for us this past year and have been happy with both…read moreprojects. While nothing about French drains or foundation repair is fun, exciting or cheap; we knew we had to get some of this work done to our home due to some minor flooding/cracks in the foundation. After doing some research and asking for bids, we decided to work with FRS since we knew they would do a thorough job and offer a nice warranty for their work. Not to mention how everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly and they explained lots of things to us in ways that we could understand. When you are going to spend $$$ on something as massive as a french drain and foundation repair, you really want to make sure you have some of the best people to work with and FRS was it for us. Earlier this week, we had Dylan and Sam out at the house so they could work on the side to help us with drainage and repairing the foundation. I really have no idea how this is done, but they managed to do it in just under 3 days and took great care of the yard and our neighbors yard while they were working so they did not make a mess or damage anything. Knowing that these giant house repairs have been completed, I know that our house will be taken care of we won't be experiencing any more damage. I know they will come out again in the future to just check in to make sure everything is still working correctly and I feel secure knowing they will take care of anything thanks to the warranty they offer on their work.

We called Foundation Recovery and luckily were put in contact with Michael Drebes who took care of us with a complete waterproof System.
