Just like the other reviews mentioned, they start of great and get worse over time. We have had a number of occurrences and tried to work with management in hopes of rectifying each situation, but unfortunately that did not happen. I hope they use the feedback given to grow and make some changes, but until then I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

They start off great but gets worse over time. I have had to have them switch out cleaners three times over the last few years. I am finally giving up on them and going to try something else. They are supposedly going to get our cleanliness back up to where it should be before their ending date but still looks like the cleaners are hardly doing anything. I cleaned a few areas off the counters in the bathroom, breakroom and floors to see how hard of dirty spots they really are. I would always get the excuse from them that the stains needed special attention because the won't come up easily so it would cost more. Of course this happened over time from them not cleaning it well. Anyway I was able to lightly clean those areas and it comes right up. I would not recommend them. read more

Horrible Service - they clean nothing. Our restroom floor hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since they started. We see them take mops into the restroom via cameras, but inside, it is filthy. I've watched a certain spot on the floor now for well over a year, still there! We have a large building, lunch room floor is always filthy, they must use a dirty mop or something, just swishing the dirt around. Zero recommendations!!!! read more

After paying for service from this company for the last 10 months, I am canceling. The work performed was very inconsistent and was never what was promised. I had hired the company to do property maintenance on an apartment complex that I manage. My contract paid them $250/month for 3 1/2 hours of work/week. Work on the property was to be done every Wednesday morning but rarely occurred on the same day of the week two weeks in a row. There were multiple weeks over the course of the 10 months that only 1-2 hours of work were performed. One week in particular the worker was there for 30 minuets. From November to January there were 5 weeks I never saw anyone on the property and no work was ever done. I also am skeptical that the person they had working on my property was dishonest with me about a few incidents. After contacting the head office multiple times through email and over the phone, my issues were questioned because the worker on my property did not have complaints on any of the other jobs he had. Despite having issues on a monthly basis with the work performed on my property, I maintained my account in good standing, never missed a payment. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Their customer service is great when I would bring an issue up but nothing was ever done about the issues and they continued to happen. At this point I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I would go anywhere for professional cleaning service but Stratus. I have had more problems with this company, then any one else I have ever worked with. I have tried several times to reach out to management to handle several different problems in a professional way, however have NEVER received a call back. I have called their office for invoices, supplies, and account questions without ever hearing back from someone. We had a different rep almost every single week for months however we were never notified or asked how our service was or if we were being taken care of. I would highly discourage the use of this company. read more

Wow! Stratus does a great job. Well... without selling the company short, Stratus' employees do a great job! The two Stratus employees that come out to our place every week really go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied with what we ask them to do. read more

Love this company!!! They are quick, thorough, and polite!!!!!! I recommend anyone to this company who needs a quick company to clean their house top to bottom!! They also work great for turnover properties for move-outs! read more

I recently received a bid from this company to maintain our showroom and highly trafficked customer touchpoints. Melanie was delightful in her initial inspection and proposal. When it came to pricing, I felt like the initial bid was a bit high. She told me that the proposal included the use of a power scrubber for our floors that we would own in two years. I asked if there was any room to negotiate and she said she would see what could be done. She came back to me and said, "My 'boss' made a horrible mistake. We normally quote prices that include the power scrubber that you own at the end of two years. Unfortunately the bid I gave you didn't include owning it until you have done business with us for five years." If it was truly the bosses mistake, he should own it and not hide behind Melanie. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled. To me it felt very shady and I would hope that others don't get hurt by these unfair practices. Retailers BEWARE!!! read more
