AKA The Bat Cave…read more.... Came here in October as a recommendation from a colleague. Brought the kids here with the impression that all we were going to do was feed bats. Tickets were purchased in advanced online. This made checking in easy. We walked in and was greeted right away. As we approached the animals in the first room, we were informed of the type of animal and it's name. We got to feed some tortoise here. Into the second room to our surprise we found two pigs that we also got to feed. By far the friendliest pigs ever. They loved to eat but also loved rubs! The final room was the grand finale. Here they had cages with plenty of bats that we also got to feed. The feeding of these bats was truly a one of a kind experience. Aside from the animal smell which was expected as they are animals, we had a fun time! Everyone there was so informative and had great knowledge of every animal and/or reptile we had questions on.

I bring my toddler here and he has a blast exploring the big play area, playing soccer, or playing in the ball pit. Not only is it a great play area but the staff is super kind, attentive and wonderful at their jobs. I also need to emphasize how clean it is here. I've been to many play areas and this place is spotless. I've never seen a cleaner indoor play area. Today, an amazing employee was meticulously cleaning every ball in the ball pit. I'm not kidding. They also clean the bins where you keep your belongings after each use. The trails are free to enter but they do request for volunteer donation for non members. Different tiers of annul membership available to purchase at main office that comes with some wonderful perks, such as free access to trails and special events. The main office also has some of the exhibition items like insect box and turtle box. Outside the office there's also bird and butterfly cages. We went to the center for our daughter to participate in butterfly feeding event. Upon arrival we found out we had to buy the tickets for one of the two scheduled events. Luckily there were slots available to the second event on the day. The ticket was reasonably cheap, only $8. It also came with an additional bird's exhibition that took place right in front of office deck. All the stuff members were very friendly, informative and interactive. We spent wonderful couple of hours here on beautiful warm summer day.

I get it, but other parents there had coffee and other drinks in their reusable tumblers so I didn't really understand the point. It didn't matter though as I could see my son playing from the entrance just fine. Once I entered the play place they ask that you take your shoes off. I think with everyone's shoes off the place just smelled a little off. Other play places have you take your shoes off and they don't really smell, but this Catch Air had that smell to it which wasn't very pleasant. I don't know if they updated their safety policies, but the employees were very on top of the safety announcements and reminding everyone of the rules. They made announcements quite often. We went to one of the side rooms for the birthday lunch and cake. I don't know if something happened, but they were short on pizza, and I think they offered the hosts more time to play. Of course my son enjoyed that. I can see this place being overwhelming if it gets super crowded as it isn't huge. And it's kinda dark (because of the cool space theme). Overall, I think we will be back because my son wants to play there again, but it wouldn't be one of my top play places to go to.
