And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. I dropped my 2019 Audi off early in the afternoon to have my front grill replaced with an upgraded version. Upon arrival Nicholas explained the cost and process to me. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. My car has like no tint, so I was wanting to get some shade on there pretty quick. They ran through the choices, and wow can you spend some coin on tint! I got the nano tint on the front because it also gives you better UV protection, and the rest the standard tint, and it came out around $550. It was worth it. No bubbles, the tint came out great. The only drawback was that they don't take AMEX...in fact I feel like less places nowadays will take my card. This place is definitely a no frills establishment, but hey, what do you really need at a tinting shop other than great quality tinting? They also replaced the tint on my boyfriend's car for a great price for one window, and it was only $50. Be sure to make an appointment and give them a try! I'm very impressed with service and quality of the tint, and I am so glad I came!

Su sistema al entrar al establecimiento indico que mi suscripcion se habia desactivado, por lo que tuve que realizar el pago para recibir el servicio sin explicarme si seria ese servicio del dia o ya reactivada mi suscripcion. 2hacer. Al salir del túnel de lavado mi vidrio parabrisas estaba partido, partiendose durante el transcurso del lavado y NO me dieron ninguna solución, dicen que NO se hacen responsables y no quisieron mostrarme el video de las cámaras del negocio para certificar que mi vehículo entró sin ningun problema en el parabrisas y una maquina realizo el daño a mi propiedad. Fui atendida por el Gerente Sr Nicolas Castro quien me indico que no el establecimiento no se hace responsable por daños a los vehículos, por lo que tomare otras medidas para obtener la solución correcta a la responsabilidad que ellos tienen y deben cumplir. Desde que abrio el establecimiento tengo suscripcion con los diferentes vehiculos que he tenido y es la primera vez que me suscita un problema en el lugar.
