The starter only lasted not even 2 months before it started making this horrible sound. I had previously bought a alternator from O'Reilly's auto parts for it put on this alternator left me stranded way out at Sangchris lake fishing miles and miles away from home. I didn't learn my lesson that time. I went back and bought the starter it didn't even make it 2 months before it was making that horrible sound.

Drive to Lincoln where the employees actually know parts or just go to napa. Dude literally didn't know what I was asking for and said "tire stuff is here" and pointed.. gtfooh. Bet thats one of the lowest earning stores they have.

I ended up getting a master cylinder from the junk yard and having it installed. Problem solved, finally. However the faulty master cylinders cost lots of money in tow fees, new brake lines, pads and calipers (which came from NAPA). The staff at O'Reilly's have always been good to me when I needed other items, not their fault. Management needs to find a new source for parts.

There is always 1 person desperately trying to take care of everyone while you hear a group of people in just talking in the back. I usually order online to try and speed things up but am tired of having to wait 30 minutes just to pick up parts that have already been paid for. A secondary problem arouse a couple of days later that had nothing to do with what originally got done. Eric had us bring the car back that day and fixed the minor unrelated issue within 30 minutes...NO Charge... You just don't see that type of customer service and honesty anymore.
