I've never been to Maine, but Duane at Street Cycles went the extra mile for me.

The sales people are highly deceptive and dishonest. I would not recommend buying a motorcycle…read morehere. I noticed damage all over a basically new used bike a few days after I got it home. Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything about it because they waived their "mandatory" bike inspection that they apparently perform on all motorcycles before they leave the lot (the inspections aren't free). They acted like they were doing me a huge favor when in reality, they were tricking me into signing away my right to do anything about it when I found the damage. I had even asked about the clutch lever because it seemed like it might have been bent and they assured me that it wasn't. I honestly feel like a moron for not checking the bike over more carefully. Fortunately, it was mostly stuff I wanted to replace anyway. It's just frustrating when people take advantage of you, which is exactly what happened here. They even said, "Welcome to the family!" before I drove away. Horrible people.

Stopped in at "Big Moose Harley-Davidson" for a visit. What a great name for a H-D dealership!…read more I love the fact that they have Moose and other wildlife liberally sprinkled throughout the dealership! Adds a nice, north woods ambiance to the place! They have an extensive selection of Motorcycles, as well as clothing, boots, helmets, accessories, and more! I found a few H-D shirts that I wanted, plus picked up the dealership poker chip! Staff was very nice! Make a point to stop in if you are in the area!

ZERO STARS!!!! This was, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop…read more I dropped off my Jet Ski and was told it would be repaired. After two weeks, I called for an update and was told they had already removed the engine and were simply waiting on parts. They assured me that once the parts arrived, it would only take another day or two to finish the job. About a week later, I called again and was told they were still waiting on one specific part. The problem? I had personally left that exact part with them brand new in the box when I dropped off the Jet Ski. At that point, I knew I wasn't being told the truth. The day before leaving for vacation, I told them I'd be gone for a week and would pick it up when I got back. They said that wouldn't be a problem and promised it would definitely be finished by then. While I was away and after I returned, I called every single day, for 2 weeks, multiple times a day, probably close to 10 calls a day, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Not once did anyone answer the phone. They didn't return a single text message and voicemail was not available. It became obvious they were avoiding me. I EVEN called the business across the street to ask if Mikey's was still open because I couldn't get anyone to respond. They told me they had been open every day and that people were constantly going in and out of the shop. After driving an hour and a half to the shop, I found my Jet Ski sitting in the exact same spot where I had left it over a month earlier. It had never even been touched. Everything I had been told--that the engine was removed, that they were waiting on parts, and that it would be finished--was false. When I confronted them about ignoring my calls, the excuse I got was that they "sometimes can't hear the phone" or that they were "too busy." Standing right there, I called the shop's phone number myself. The phone rang throughout the entire shop and workshop. There was no way they didn't know I had been calling. They simply chose not to answer. I'm a business owner myself, and I understand that delays happen. Parts get backordered. Jobs take longer than expected. What is completely unacceptable is lying to customers, avoiding their calls, refusing to communicate, and allowing them to believe work is being done when it isn't. If they had simply been honest from the beginning, this review would be very different. Instead, I wasted over a month, drove three hours round trip, and was repeatedly misled. The lack of communication, dishonesty, and complete disregard for a customer's time made this one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. THEY SUCK!

Dam so does the front wow I looked and was completely flabbergasted I could believe what I was seeing after a intense discussion we both came to a realization that someone at the dealership did that because someone had to put some serious force on those rims to bend them like that right where the beed of the tire was ....after showing this to another dealer I worked with for many years they came to the same conclusion I was freakin pissed I knew who the culprits were dam fu**ing ass**les I ended up let the bike get repossessed and that sh** sorry excuse of a motorcycle dealer didn't want it well back ....they had no choice.....jerks !! He worked after hours making sure I had a safe ride come the weekend. Another time, I brought my bike back to life as it didn't want to start after the winter, but it was acting up and not shifting gears properly after. I took it to Zach and he found I had missed putting back a small spring. With in two weeks he had it running like it was brand new. His shop is very busy. My bike had completely shut down on me, and I wasn't to far from Moto Milano I called and hoped Zach would be able to help, as I told him I would definitely pay him for his time. He shut down his shop and came to the rescue, I was located near the Dug Out, I thankfully was able to get it running just as he showed up, I realized water was getting in my gas tank and was able to work it out. The New Owner has great customer service , cares about his business, helps his local community, and is very knowledgeable.
