They didn't try to hide anything or make excuses, and we were able to work out a solution that was fair for everyone. Buying a motorcycle from this dealer could not have gone worse. I bought a motorcycle for $8500 on June 5th 2021, they said the bike still had a lien on it from the previous owner so they didn't have the title on hand at the dealership, and that they would get the title to me in the following week. I said Ok and rode the bike home to MA. Weeks go by and still no title, more weeks and many phone calls go by and still no title. finally they tell me the bank "lost the title" and they would have to get a new one through the state of Maine and they would keep sending me temporary Maine plates so I could at least ride the motorcycle I was finally so fed up I called the Maine BMV myself to inquire about the status of the title, they told me that the previous owner had still not requested a new title (this is now almost 3 months after buying the bike!). I relay this to the dealership and they said "the paper work was done wrong and the owner was waiting for a call back from the Maine BMV"(THIS WAS A LIE). A couple more weeks go by and I call the Maine BMV again to find out that a new title has been requested and is on its way to the pervious owner, to then be sent to me. This whole process had now taken so long that my bank was going to put my loan in DEFAULT because they didn't have the title as collateral so I was basically forced into paying off my loan 2 years early for 4500 dollars. The title finally arrived last week and I was able to finally register the bike today 09/29/2021 NEARLY 4 MONTHS AFTER BUYING THE BIKE. This experience with this dealer could not have gone worse, I was not refunded any money for all this hassle, wasn't offered any type of discount on future products, service, apparel or anything, when I spoke to the owner he couldn't have cared less and just shrugged me off over the phone. Nothing was done about my issue unless I called and harassed them to do something. If I could rate zero stars I would.

He just got his endorsement from Central Maine Harley and we so wished we could have made a purchase there to put his class towards a purchase, but alas it was not meant to be. Big Moose had the bike. Mark was his salesman on site and was great. They knew his endorsement was so fresh the ink had not dried on the paperwork. They had him drive a few laps around the lot and then took him out on the ride. They even put him on another bike. Mark rode with him down the road and to a big lot where he could really work the bike. Aidan stepped in to be the finisher and was fair and took a bit of back and forth but we settled on an offer. Their selection of used bikes is solid.

They said that because it was so late in the season (Aug/Sep) that they didn't order more until next year but apparently everyone riding through Maine gets one of their shirts. I was disappointed since I had planned on getting my kids Moose shirts from Maine. Their poker chips made up for it, a Moose on one side and a lobster on the other, perfect! Each chip is $4 which is higher than average and about $4.22 with tax. The dealership is very nice and clean but also very small. It's been modernized so it has all of the new HD dealer standard look to it, no character except for the big moose on the wall wearing a hat. I had the parts department look up a part for me that they didn't have and were able to locate it at another dealership since we were on a trip so we could get it on our way....we would not be coming back this way. Parts staff as well as motor clothes staff were super helpful. They have a small HOG lounge area at the front of the store. Sales staff were friendly and not pushy. It's a bit off the beaten path to get here but worth the stop if you need a break. Bad cell reception inside but they have the public wifi password posted throughout the store.
