After dialing through several services I landed on H&K and spoke with Henry. He assured me he'd be available during time I needed him (within just a few days) and we spoke about the detail packages he offered. He happened to be in my area so I texted my address and he arrived within 5 minutes. After looking over my SUV he gave a quote and we booked a time. I ended up having some drama with the vehicle so we had to reschedule. Again, I called last minute and Henry was able to accommodate my short time frame. Out of the gate, I was already impressed with H&K's flexibility and willingness to help a customer in need. On the day of the detail Henry showed up with his rig, ready to go. He took his time washing, cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, buffing our SUV to every little detail. He worked on areas I would probably never think of- he cleaned the inside of our air vents, removed acrylic paint from a small area in the back seat, buffed out a large area of light scratches, cleaned the wheels to perfection and conditioned the leather interior. I had walked outside once or twice to check in and Henry did an awesome job stopping to explain what he was doing, what products he used (and why they were superior to other competitors), etc. It was nice to know his experience translated not only to an exceptional detail but also trade secrets/tricks to bring new life back to certain areas that needed the extra attention. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with H&K's detail. Henry spent 3 hours cleaning every inch of my SUV paying careful attention to every aspect of the cleaning, inside and out. He cleaned the door jams, the underside of moldings, the nooks and crannys most places would likely overlook. It was this extra effort that will definitely bring me back to H&K and also refer to friends and family. I feel the pricing is competitive and worth every cent. Henry will accommodate your needs and try to work within your budget and, as explained earlier, he will show flexibility with scheduling. Halfway through the inspection and conversation, the estimator casually drops the bomb: "Trying not to sound like a shyster, but BTW, this doesn't cover take-off and reassembly, shop materials, supplies, additional prep work," etc. Suddenly the "starting at $200" turns into hundreds more in mandatory add-ons that were never mentioned in the ad or coupon. This is classic bait-and-switch tactics--lure people in with a low price, then hit them with surprise fees once they're committed or already there. The base price is meaningless because removing/reinstalling the bumper is almost always required for a proper repaint (to avoid overspray, ensure even coverage, and meet manufacturer standards). They know this, yet they hide it to get you in the door. The advertising is deceptive and predatory. If the real cost is $500-$800+ after all the "extras," just say so upfront instead of tricking customers. I walked out frustrated and went elsewhere. Avoid these guys if you see their coupons or ads--they're not honest about pricing. Read the fine print (or lack thereof) and get everything in writing before proceeding. There are plenty of reputable shops that don't play these games.

He showed up when he said he would and spent several hours meticulously washing, waxing and detailing the car. It looks like new inside and out. Also he doesn't use run of the mill detailing products you might find at the local hardware store. He used high quality, expensive brands that will give a better result than the stuff at Walmart. I'd hire him again except I understand he is moving away. But wherever he goes I'm sure he'll keep up this business and I highly recommend him. Also I had 2 front seat stains from coffee and one in backseat from milk that could not be removed without extractor. Coffee I can see staining but Milk stain should have easily come out. It was hot and he worked by himself 4.5 hours because his partner couldn't show, so I didn't make a fuss about it, but paying allot and having stuff missed was disappointing.
