I've never seen this be the case in any Asian establishment. Price aside, food was good. Repeating from my last review - the sauce with the shrimp rolls is outstanding, and hard-carries the appetizer. Noodles were also great. The chicken pad Thai and the yellow curry are my absolute favorites. And this restaurant knows how to spice things up if you want them spicy. I love this place so much! read more

Decided to check out this place while visiting Bentonville based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I went around 7pm on a weekday and was immediately seated. Service was quick and friendly. For appetizers I ordered the Tom kha soup and fried tofu with peanut dipping sauce, both were delicious. For dinner I took another recommendation from the reviews and went with the panang curry. It was excellent and loaded with veggies which I appreciated. They let you choose your spice level 0-5 and I would say this is true to Thai spice, I like slightly spicy so I went with level 2 and it was definitely my max. I imagine level 5 is perfect for those who like super spicy. Definitely worth a visit for a delicious meal! read more

I live this place. They have added more parking, so it's easier to find a place. The current building is much nicer and larger than the original. I almost always get the yellow curry because it's always wonderful, though I have ventured into the pad thai, which is also great. It's been a while since I've visited, and sometime during that time, they decided to quit serving the vegetable soup before the entree. Tonight was our last attempt to make this spot a go to. One of use ordered our plate "level 2" spicy and another plate "level 3". Thinking on a 1-5 level 2 would be mild and 3 a bit heated.. we were wrong. The level 2 (wifes plate) barely got touched and the level 3 was forced but I couldn't even enjoy the meal, just ruined with overly hot seasoning. The food wasn't hardly edible it was so hot. We like spicy food but this is absurd and just ruined it. The table beside us had the exact same experience at level 3 on his plate. My daughter's chicken nuggets or whatever they were was not cooked all the way thru, the batter was goopy and just gross. The waitress is nice and the place is never super busy so you get seated fast but if you can't eat the food because it's so over the top spicy and or under cooked it's just a bad experience. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday night. Not many people there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ordered food and crowd slowly started to roll in. Notice a few take outs and after 40 minutes got our food. So far I have tried the drunken noodles, wonton soup, lettuce wraps, beef fried rice, honeydew boba, coconut boba, and Thai coffee. Yes, they've only been open at this location for a short time, but the food is good. There is a small dining room with about 10 tables. You can also call and order ahead for takeout (see my pics for the phone # and menu). If you like your food super spicy, order level 5. Level 5 is no joke though, so only order if you need a good sweat. Highly recommend for food and drinks. This may be my new favorite place in town! read more

The other dishes were just ok- not great. Great service and clean. Dead plants all over when you walk in doesn't help with first impressions. Will be back to try new dishes. Woohoo!!!!! They are open again in a bigger and nicer place. They ARE open for lunch. I highly recommend. I finally get Pad Thai that I love spicy hot. Excellent food. Been here twice, and on both occasions the food was delicious. I could taste the fresh basil in the Thai Basil. The spices blended well and none of them were overpowering the other. I asked my food to be extremely spicy (Thai Hot), and it was great. On my second visit, I had the chef's special of the day. It was a ginger based chicken and vegetable curry with rice. It was amazing. The soya sauce wasn't overwhelming at all. The ginger made the curry delectable. Service has been excellent too. read more

Food is awful and tastes nothing like what you would expect. It was so bad we couldn't eat it. Went for a refund request and ended up getting screamed at by the employees and told to leave or they would call the police. Then they blocked my car in and wouldn't let me leave. What an awful experience. Never go here. Bad food, very high prices, and the customer service can be frightening. The portions are small and severely expensive for what is offered. I eat a decent amount of Thai and generally get 5. Let me warn you here...start low...you can always add HEAT but impossible to remove it!! Ordered to go - Veggie Lo Mein for wife and daughter and Pad Woon Sen - spice level 2. PERFECT. I have found my new Go To Item. Ordered through Yelp/GrubHub to pickup...ready right on time and even after a 10 minute drive home, the temp was great and the flavor was amazing. Wife got the Crab Wontons (she loves theirs) and daughter got the Steamed Dumplings (she claims best in NWA) and I believe her. Location is perfect - easy in and out...in the center of Walton Blvd. Location has been a ton of different things over the years from Glutton Free Bread to Hawaiian Ice. But THIS is the best you could hope for. Small, local, family run - super sweet people. We did delivery... there was liquid all over the bottom of the bag from the very soupy (??) Drunken Noodles... which tasted nothing like the Pad Kee Mao I've eaten at every other Thai place I've been to. The sauce (more like a soup) was sugary sweet and not the traditional brown sauce that the dish comes with. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't authentic. The papaya salad was good though.
