    Crayfish Bowl

First time and AI'm already a fan. Long day with meetings and one of our local business associate picked this place for dinner. Love Sushi so no one had to break my arm. They refer to this place as the Bas Station because it originated down the street in a Gas Station. Later a pharmacy chain made on of those deal you can not refuse and the moved to this location across the street. Not much to look at on the outside but looks can be deceiving. Walk in and you are immediately hit with great service. They almost fall over themselves trying to serve you. Rather plan interior but the focus is on the the customer as opposed to trying to impress with the surroundings Given my preferrence, I would prefer a restaurant that focuses on Service, Cuisine and Quality as opposed the the physical surrounding This one fits the bill. Walk in and service is great from the start. It's like you are part of the family. Looked over the menu and decided on the Crawfish Bowl. Turned out to be an excellent choice but it was pushing my limit. I like dishes with heat and spice and this one definately hat it. Very hot and close to my tolerance but still balance with a nice fresh taste and a bit of citrus. I like pushing things to the limit but this was a winner and will be back

The Deluxe Salmon and Ahi bowls are absolutely amazing! It's a deconstructed sushi roll with your favorite combo of tuna, salmon and crab. This is a must try in Bentonville We also had the fire roll - literally it's lite on fire at the table.

Service: I walked in the restaurant and was greeted kindly. The place was a little small. Food: I ordered the chicken fried rice and the Red Dragon sushi roll. The sushi was good. It's probably the 3rd decent sushi place in Bentonville AR.

Still affectionately known to those who have been in Bentonville for any length of time as "gas station sushi". The staff keeps busy serving the tightly packed tables, but are always extremely courteous. Quick service, and a number of options for non-seafood eaters (like me!). My favorites are the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and the Veggie Tempura sushi roll.

We went to this restaurant based on other recommendations, and unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. I ordered the Dinner Bento Box, which included miso soup, shrimp teriyaki, a dumpling, and the spicy tuna rolls. The soup was INSANELY salty-- like I could feel the liquid drying up in my eyeballs as I was eating the broth, that's how salty it was. The teriyaki salad and dumpling were good, but the spicy tuna rolls were the best, very good flavor. Overall, the experience was pretty disappointing, but the staff was attentive and the few sushi rolls I had were good.

Freshest sushi in NWA. Service is excellent. Try the Kobe Roll and Heart Attack for appetizer.

Wow! Didn't realize we were staying in town on Prom and wedding weekend. Downtown crazy busy. Nick…read moreat the Compton recommended Blu. SO glad he did! Tenny was our waiter. Super job! Great recommendations and when the special we ordered was sold out we were able to change the fish for the same prep. Started with a blueberry margarita, which was tart but excellent. I like grapefruit (I peel it like an Orange and eat the wedges without sugar) so right up my alley. Even my wife (who doesn't like grapefruit) loved this drink. Had the Ceviche app. Really good. I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

Ordered the Duner and Chefs choice. The Chef's choice ended up basically just being the Duner but…read more$5 more expensive and worse tasting. The presentation of the rolls was horrible--looked like it was made on an assembly line without any care for what made it onto each individual piece of the roll. The rolls also just weren't made well and many of the pieces fell apart after attempting to pick them up. Worst part of the whole thing was the embarrassing attempt to have lemon be apart of the rolls. The lemon slices were big and non-uniform--they looked like they belonged slotted on the rim of a glass of water not on a sushi roll. Instead of providing a nice hint of tartness, the lemon just overpowered any other flavor. Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.
