But I was in desperate need of dickies and this is right by my doctors office so I just decided to come give it a try and I'm very glad I did because the customer service was wonderful. I had five employees interact with me in a few minutes that I was there. They let me try on different belt sizes. They asked me what I was shopping for. They helped me look for shorts, even though they didn't have women's shorts a wide variety that's OK. I will definitely be back. read more

I've shopped at this place many times, nice going in knowing they have the clothing you won't find at a mall type atmosphere. This past wknd my son and I went in and wanted to try some pants on. Was told their fitting room is closed on the wknds..what kind of clothing place doesn't allow customers to try on clothes and then saying the room is closed, on a wknd. And the service was seriously poor..would be nice to have more places like this so I would choose to stay away. read more

0/5 stars would not recommend. I am a very easy going person, we came to exchange some pants for our son 10/13/25 around 3:50pm. Upon entering (without even going to the register first) the guy at the counter near the door does not greet us when we walk in so I initiated the conversation by telling him we are here for an exchange, he doesn't say anything at all he just watches me take the two pairs of pants and receipt out of the bag and then he thoroughly inspects the pants and then the receipt. He lets us know to go get the pants and I ask if we can take them back so we can remember which ones they were. He then responds with,"no you can just go get them". My husband must have sensed that I was annoyed because he then asked the guy if he can take us back to get them so I went to the car while my husband finished the transaction because for the life of me I couldn't understand why I couldn't just take them to the back myself. I understand there are policies in place and he could've kindly communicated that but he didn't, his whole demeanor was unpleasant. Listen, I have spent thousand of dollars at Street One Clothing and should've gone with my gut the first time I came into the store and they followed us around like we were going to steal something. I work hard to purchase things and not once have I ever stolen anything. This store makes you feel like a criminal! I swear this is my last time stepping my foot in this door and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to if they value good customer service because that is not what you will receive from them. I was getting ready to walk in and I noticed on the window " no Apple Pay" . So I got my credit card and brought up at least 150 bucks worth of stuff just to be denied because I didn't have my ID. I get it, there are rules " for my protection " but I had a picture of my license on my phone . I keep that in case I forget the license. I showed it just to be denied because I didn't have it with me. This is BS. You don't need ID for debit, they never look at it anyway( just glance) and who doesn't use Apple/google pay anyway!!?? This is my daughters favorite store. I been here 2 times and so far I've liked it. People are friendly. The cashier lady is lay back she's good at her job. She explains return polices really well and she doubles check clothes size to make sure your taking what's you are looking for. I always go here to buy clothes for friends and family. I bought a hoodie for my son. I washed it once and the zipper fell off. I brought it in for them to look at, and it was a couple of guys I don't usually see. One said he was new. They basically blew me off saying 'its not our fault that happened' and it's my problem. Something horrible must have happened to this place or to the owner because they make you feel really uncomfortable to shop. Signs everywhere saying they have right to refuse service. I understand Covid precautions/rules but these people are a little extra. They hound their customers as if they are doing something wrong. The older lady at the register is very rude and you cant understand what she is saying. She looked very worked up with only 6 people in the large store. So much "Covid precaution" yet they didnt even take our temperatures at the door having a device. Very poor customer service. Next time I will visit the Norco or Chino location. They are so rude here. They ring up your stuff, and while they ring you up, they let you know that NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES, MUST HAVE TAGS AND IF NOT NOTHING! I'm literally paying for my stuff, and they're being very aggressive about their policy. I get that there are a lot of shady people in the world, but don't make normal customers feel like they're up to something. I have been coming here for my husband AND my 4 boys clothes for over 15yrs...I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. Last night I went to buy sweatshirts for my husband...she rung me up for 99.46, bagged it, everything was fine...I turned around, took 3 steps and saw the same sweatshirt I just bought on their clearance rack for $10 cheaper....just one. I grabbed it and turned back to her and asked if I could swap out the $22 one I bought for the clearance one.
