As a tall individual with long arms, finding professional attire that fits correctly off-the-rack is nearly impossible; I usually resort to buying cheap shirts and paying for custom tailoring. Brittany's expertise completely changed that. Her deep knowledge of fit and body types allowed her to find shirts and coats that fit perfectly right then and there. Her ability to assess my frame and provide stylish, accurate suggestions is a level of service I'd expect from a high-end custom tailor or Nordstrom. I wasn't even planning on buying shirts, but I walked out with three because of her skill. Brittany is a remarkable asset to the store. They take time to find correct size and made sure everything fit correctly. The location was limited on the sizing however they try their best to find something for you if you are not in rush they can always order online for you. The associate (indigenous guy) assisted us during our group's measurements was rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate jokes throughout the process. His behavior created an uncomfortable environment when we were simply there to get fitted. This type of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a store where customers come for important events and expect respect and professionalism. I strongly recommend that management review how their staff interacts with customers and take steps to ensure that future clients are treated with courtesy and care. read more

Took care of all my concerns and tuxedo rental for my sons wedding up north in ca . Where to pick up close to venue.

My husband bought a suit on line, the store offered to steam it for free. Once the suit was delivered my husband tried it on to make sure it fit, and it did. We took it to the store to get it steamed and don't think twice about it, my only daughters wedding was in Mexico City, the day off the wedding my husband went to put on the suit and it was 3 to 4 sizes to big. The store gave us back the wrong suit!!! Do not go this store, it's horrible and Isaac is the worse manager I have ever dealt with. He said he gave is the same suit back, I asked why would I lie or make this up. This ruined a day that was supposed to be one of my families biggest event. We spend hours/day to make sure my husband could walk his daughter looking good and it was ruined. read more

I was from out of town and last-minute needed a suit a few days later. It was late afternoon when I got to the store and it was busy. Fortunately, an associate by the name of "Yoli" was very helpful from the get go and within an hour, she was able to get me situated with a full suit along with helping probable 3-4 other customers at the same time. My wife purchased a sweater for me just prior to Christmas but it didn't fit so she took it back to Men's Wearhouse to get her money back on December 27th. Low and behold the store manager informed her that she could not get a cash refund on a cash purchase above $60 so the store would have to submit a "request" for a refund which, if honored, would be sent by mail within 10 business days. She returned to the store on January 18th, 14 days after the 'request' was submitted, to find out why the check hadn't arrived. The store manager then got on the phone and she had to wait for a half hour only to learn that "the request was in process'. No attempt was made by the store manager to get further information, e.g, is it in the mail or just sitting on someone's desk? The 'request' was submitted on December 27th. It's January 22 and she has yet to get that bloody refund. Anyone buying anything from this store should use a credit card if they're buying anything including taxes in excess of $60 otherwise you'll be sitting on your ass waiting for some corporate clown to do his/her job. If it ever does show up, I'll update this commentary. If it doesn't, I'll let you all know. . read more

Simply amazing...... I have ordered tuxedos rentals from this location for the last 15 years...Was it always perfect? First off management is extremely rude. They claim to cater to big and tall. The biggest size they have is XXL and those are few and far between. When I asked the lady in front if they cared XXXL she replied, " sometimes and if we do they'll already be out on the flour. You just have to look. A few minutes later a man came in thatbthey had given the wrong size coat to. He has a wedding tomorrow in morning and they just told him we will try to order another and didn't even check his measurements or anything. He was obviously upset about the horrible customer service he was receiving and his situation. She proceeded to taunt and egg him on with her rudeness. Suggesting no alternatives or even attempting to help. She even stepped on the other side of customer with a child so that they had to be in the middle of it. The customer with the kid obviously felt uncomfortable and walked away. She then blamed the customer when she's the one that moved to the other side of them. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I actually feel bad leaving this review because I know how hard help it to come bynthese days but for the prices you pay here you should receive quality customer service. Getting people checked in, getting them fitted, charging them, answering the phone every time it rang. I didn't see any other employees in the store and she had everything handled. Once again, I've been taken care of by Men's Wearhouse. My teenager forgot to tell me last minute that prom was this weekend. Typical lol. I go in with my son and get him fitted and request the tux come rush order. His tux was ready in two days. Perfect! I the gentleman took care of my sons measurements and options was great. The day I returned the tuxedo, the lady who received it was really nice. Years ago, they took care of me during a difficult time when my dad died, and I need a suit for the funeral. I feel bad that I forgot the salesman that helped me 30 mins before closing. The reason this review matters is I can in with an older suit needing to get altered. When he saw that the pants couldn't be altered to meet my new bod; he immediately said, " I know this suit, I bet I can find the replacement pants for it." Sure a heck he did. He some how found a replacement pant for a suit bought in 2016. Instead telling me I need a whole new suit he went with honesty and sold me the pants. This is why I keep coming back to the Wearhouse. Let me start off by stating that I have been a loyal mens warehouse customer for at least 18 years. I bought the suit at men's warehouse that led me to the job that I've had for 18 years. I have always had great experiences and have loved my purchases over the years. We rented our tuxedos for my wedding from them and have taken countless family members here to buy suits. I purchased a suit here at the riverside location and has been the worst retail experience of my life. I couldn't believe that someone in a retail environment is allowed to talk to customers in this way. I will sadly be looking for a new place to purchase my suits based on this treatment. read more

Went to the Rancho Cucamonga store on 05/16/22, they were very busy and did not really have an opportunity to help me with my purchase. I was able to find what I needed and checked out in about 20 minutes. One thing I needed was to have a tie tied for me, but due to the amount of people in the store this did not happen. On 05/17/22, I went to the Riverside store to see if they could help me with the tie. I was greeted by Brett who very graciously tied my tie and even wished me good luck on my job interview tomorrow. I will definitely return to the Riverside store for my future clothing needs. read more

My husband has been shopping at this location for 20+ years. He has purchased many suits, dress coats, shoes and jackets. When we came to this location last week to get two suits altered and find two new suits and shoes for an upcoming events we were treated rudely from the start. They acted as if they didn't have time to help us even though the store was empty of customers but with 4 employees and the alterations man. The man with blond/red hair was so incredibly awkward. He was jittery and kept leaving us to go to the back saying he would be right back. We stood alone at many time's looking around and non of the other employees ever helped. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave this location without getting alterations or purchasing anything. We will never come to this location again. Their customer service has completely deteriorated and I can't imagine this store being in business much longer unless they get new managers and retrain their employees. I had a job interview last Friday, and I realized (along with some helpful advice from colleagues) that I've finally reached a point in my life/professional career where it would be inappropriate to show up to an interview not wearing a suit. I navigated their website and found a reasonably priced suit that was stylish, in my size (I'm a big guy), and reasonably priced. I was able to check their website to make sure the suit was in stock at this store, which is the closest location to me. I walked in to the store and found the first free associate and showed him the suit I wanted on my phone and asked him to show it to me. He took my measurements and located the suit for me. I have never been suit shopping before, so I was impressed by how helpful and informative the associate was. I wish I could remember his name, but he was a younger white gentlemen working the closing shift on 1/9/17. He mentioned it was not his usual store, though he was able to find everything I needed easily. He was even patient when I went back and forth a dozen times between which size coat I wanted since one size fit my shoulders perfectly but was a tiny bit too snug, and one was a tiny bit larger on my shoulders but fit me comfortably. He even picked out other suits to try so I made sure I had the best option for me- even though I stuck with the suit I had originally come in for. After I picked the suit and tried it on, we discussed some extras that I am sure he is required to sell us on, but he wasn't pushy and the extras were something I would have wanted anyways. He had the tailor come measure for some alterations I needed and they charged a reasonable price for the alterations- I think it was $53 for work on the pants and coat. The suit would be ready to pick up on Wednesday night- plenty of time to make sure everything was right before my interview on Friday. Afterwards, he helped me pick out a tie and rang us up. Wednesday night- pick up went smooth, except for the shirt gripper that we had added to the pants had not been added. It only took about 10 extra minutes for them to add that, so we watched Jeopardy on the TV and waited while they fixed that. The suit fit great and looked good on me, the alterations were well done. Overall I am thrilled with my experience at Men's Wearhouse, especially since my suit retailer options are limited as a Big and Tall sized man- it makes me happy to know that this place is legit. read more

I have shopped here for a couple years now. I have always appreciated the help they give you and selection choices. Yesterday blew my mind. I took my son in to get him a suit and pick out what his groomsmen will wear at his wedding. Matt helped us by measuring us, finding the right suits, pulling together shirts, ties and then laying it all out for us to view. I was really impressed by his courtesy and eye for style. I have to say I'm not very pleasant when it comes to preparing for a wedding. I'm very excited for my sister-in-law and the celebration to come, but I always dread the tuxedo rental. In this case I went in very grumpy and walked out smiling. Travis was an outstanding customer service representative for your company and he should be praised. This guy turned a glum situation for me into an actual interesting experience. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything in detail. Came here with my wife to get a tux for a Ball we're attending. We were greeted when we walked in, however, the cashier seemed as if she was dragging on her transaction. Didn't seem intent on helping us. As we stood around she didn't ask if we had a quick question or anything to acknowledge that we were waiting a while.
