8/14/2024 OMG, ladies and gents (if I dare) This place is heaven sent, the professionalism, the knowledge, the amount of courtesy, the miles they will go, to make sure their customers are satisfied and well taken care of. I took my 2007 LS460 to Stress free Auto Care and felt like I was at Sewell Lexus automotive minus the prices. Not only did they fix my car they sent me listings of all that was going on with my car and a video to show why my Bigboy black panther was running and performing the way it was. This text message also showed the order of urgency it was needed to be taken care of in the colors of RED for (very urgent) YELLOW for (urgent) and GREEN for (good). I have been taken advantage of from a few auto shops, I feel because I was a woman without a male to make sure all went well, and I wasn't over charged. Stress Free Auto Care proved that NOT ALL, fall under that sad mentality toward women. I could go on and on about the GREAT services and prices I received and how they care about their customers safety. There was a part that was needed not originally mentioned but as a courtesy they added it and I left feeling blessed and safe. LAST BUT NOT LEASE, not having a way home again as a courtesy they used Lyft to take me home and pick me up once the car was finished. Now how about that for caring. Believe me when I say I write this review from the loving center of my heart, with truth and honesty. If you want to feel safe and taken care of don't think about it JUST DO IT, and SHAWN the manager at the Euless location and his awesome crew of men will make you feel like you've landed in Pairs France :-), Ladies this is the place for us. Gary, the general manager said to me after I told him my car is worse, same sound problem I came in with, now it bends to the side, he decided to say " if you take the one star review I'll check your car again but you have to take down that review. Said he was in vacations when I had a problem at his establishment, he would it act differently if he was there, oh Gary, what happens when you are in vacations!? He sounds like an older grumpy man that has no skills with costumers and the only thing he cares is his reviews, not the safety of his costumers, sickening. From start to finish, I honestly couldn't be more grateful or impressed! The professionalism, expertise , honesty , customer service and a clean environment! I had just came from the dealership to get a inner tie rod end replaced and a wheel alignment on a 23 Qx55 . I was told I had to replace the whole assembly to do so , well I knew better then that!! Came in on Saturday for 60k maintenance on Toyota Tacoma, along with a battery change and emissions inspection. Brad was patient, helpful and transparent about estimates, necessary costs, and time frame of maintenance. Location offers free Lyft rides to and from shop and loaner vehicles if needed. I received real-time updates and had access to live footage of them working on my vehicle. Report came with photos and detailed documentation of problem items. Although they couldn't help me due to the specs of my car, I was more than impressed with the knowledge that Sean had about cars. Shawn is a rock star and has a good crew of qualified mechanics. I presented an issue that was hard to track down and they got to the bottom of it! While there they did a total look-over and let me know about a couple of other things that needed to be dealt with that I wasn't aware of. Went there to get ABS and brake light checked out. Id already spent 1,100 on an alternator at a dealership. They tried a few things but didn't work out. Said they didn't have the capability to get it fixed. I appreciated the honesty and all I paid for was the diagnostic fee. I would go back for sure. read more
