Newly open last year near home, very convenient, Was there doing Oil changed first time, called to make a reservation on phone, took around 45 min, they provide snack and water while waiting and even Lift ride service if you try to leave while waiting and come back. Once they done the work they also give you the list of checklist to show you the status of your vehicle and suggestion for repairs with all the cost listed, store representative very patient and nice in tone,feel welcome and friendly. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Originally this place was very courteous, but after they worked on my vehicle and caused an issue they became rude when trying to resolve it. I took in my vehicle for an alternator replacement and no other issue. They fixed that and I went to pick up my SUV and noticed my check engine light was on after. Brought up to their attention and now they want to claim my light was on at the time I took it in when it was not on at all. Extremely Disappointed - Beware of Stress-Free Auto Care, Euless I went to Stress-Free Auto Care in Euless for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. They told me the drain cap was stripped, but my van was completely fine before I brought it in--no leaks, no issues. When I questioned them, they told me to tow my van back to the last place I had the oil changed. That was six months ago--how is that even possible? Instead of taking any responsibility, they said my van wouldn't hold oil and gave me two options: tow it somewhere else or pay $793 to fix it at their shop. I felt trapped and had no choice but to let them fix it. I truly believe this happened due to their carelessness, yet I was the one who had to pay for it. To make things worse, the manager and staff were rude and dismissive throughout the whole process. This place is anything but "stress-free." I will never go back and do not recommend anyone trust their vehicle to them. read more

Came in for an AC recharge and the service was great. I was in and out in under 2 hrs. They included a multipoint inspection that included photos and recommendations. Isaac was very knowledgeable and advised me on different aspects of my car. I do not know where to start. But one thing I can say is I have regretted deeply trusting Stress-Free Auto Care with my car. Brought in my car needing total overhaul. After initial diagnostic checks most items were cleared and the rest that failed were mostly hardware parts. Gave greenlight to proceed and paid ridiculously huge bill for the work done. Only for me to pick up the car, drove less than a mile from the shop and the car will not power and AC not blowing cold. Turn back to them(Stress-Free Auto Care, Euless) only for them to diagnose a transmission fault. AC was also diagnosed but with not accurate certainty of the problem so it was recharge and I was charged. Next time I drove the car, AC blowing hot air. Meanwhile, they couldn't fix or rectify the transmission issue but recommended replacement for a bill over 5K. Outrageous. First of all your initial diagnosis couldn't register at transmission fault plus a test-drive before handing over to customer didn't catch it. As a Marine engineer, I could read one thing from them which is INCOMPETENCE!. Absolutely, waste of money entrusting them with my money. I reached out to the founder/owner and he assured me of his manager's follow up but no show. I have advised. read more
