I've been coming to StretchLyfe for over a year now and highly recommend it. My stretch therapist (Brittany) is fantastic. Every session with her is different because she customizes it to meet your needs the day you come in as opposed to bigger assisted stretch establishments in which the therapists just go through the motions of what they were trained to do. Brittany actually has experience in physical therapy. It's easy to schedule online which I love, and the atmosphere is always clean and inviting. There's free dedicated parking in the building as well as free street parking on the south side of the building. When I first started, my range of motion was terrible and I was in so much pain. Excellent experience ! Exceeded my expectations. Amir was my stretch therapist and I was completely impressed with his technique. I suffer from very tight hip flexors, quads and hamstrings. I have done PT, and even tried another stretch facility. To be perfectly honest, I wanted something that gave me immediate relief and thought let me try Stretch Lyfe. I am very glad I did. Aside from Amir's positive and professional disposition, I liked his stretch technique, using resistance and even acupressure. I do recommend doing the 50 minute stretch session to fully receive the benefits of this experience. Parking is available inside a garage of the building which is great. They use theraguns in part of the session that really opened up some tight/tense areas for me. And then those stretches...so deep! As someone who lives an active lifestyle and is dedicated to the gym, I have learned that my emphasis on recovery for the past three years has been a game changer to my overall well-being. I noticed Stretch Lyfe as I was driving in the area and wanted to see what they had to offer. I was welcomed by the friendly staff, and enjoyed the overall layout and vibe of the establishment. I told them I had soreness in my legs and some stiffness in my lower back. The knowledgeable staff helped me with my back stiffness with a one on one session, and I finished with the compression leg sleeves, which helped reduce my soreness almost immediately. I had some extra credits through ClassPass so I decided to see what this whole assisted stretching thing is all about. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised at how good it felt. This location is very clean and the "stretchers" (not sure what they are officially called) were very nice & knowledgeable. I have a knee injury so they were sure to be very mindful when moving into different stretches. I can definitely see that this would be very effective if done on a regular basis. I booked the first session of the day and was met by Amir, who was so hospitable! I got there a little before they opened and he welcomed me in right away. He gave me grip socks to wear and let me choose the bench I felt most comfortable with. He offered good conversation and explained in such detail how the body works and how the stretches would impact me for the positive. He was generous with his time and so intentional to check in with me throughout, I was very appreciative. It was a wonderful start to my morning and I've noticed more mobility since the visit. I find my appointment/sessions to be more relaxing and beneficial then high end massages I've gotten in the past. I personally have only had my appointments with Amir, however I can see that all that staff is devoted to their craft and also take the customers wellness, attitude and ability into consideration. The stretch lyfe team is super friendly and make you feel like family. I understand there are other businesses like stretch lab, etc. but Stretch Lyfe does it right. As someone who's used to occasionally stretching by herself at the gym on a really hard and uncomfortable floor, I never knew being professionally stretched could make such a major difference in my body. I've come by once so far and let me tell you... the people here make recovery feel like a luxurious experience. I have constant soreness in my upper body and lower legs from sitting at a desk all day (and probably from not stretching enough). One session here alleviated much of my aches and stiffness. They generously offer free compression therapy as well, and my legs felt so relaxed and as light as two feathers afterward. I felt amazing by the end of my session. In addition to how effective stretch therapy was, their venue is extremely clean and spacious. It's a breath of fresh air, and I could tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into creating both a thoughtful and restful space for their clients. The staff are all friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable and all my needs were met throughout the entire session.
