I stopped by to ask about a one-month membership, but instead of listening to what I was asking, I was interrupted, talked over, and treated in a dismissive, condescending manner. Customer service matters, especially when someone is considering becoming a member. The interaction alone was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere. I won't be back, and based on my experience, I'll be telling the people in my network to stay away from this gym.

It was super pack which I understand and they couldn't give us a tour so we decided to take the free pass and try it for a bit. They gave other people tours but said no to us for some reason. The pool and outside part of the gym was closed and not ready so keep in mind if you pay for membership you don't have access to everything yet. I currently go to O2 I was ready to go to a new gym but this gym really is too crowded and kind of outdated for what it is. Machines were super close together. They try to just add stuff with out logic of spacing when people actual use them. The membership seems expensive with a lot of extra fees to use other parts. I think it more of a check a box fake appeal but when you really look at it... The gym does everything but just not well. Also, people did not clean up after themselves. That not the fault of the gym but the culture here seems to be a lot of people who do not know proper gym equiuette like wiping up or putting your weights away.

I went today for the trial offer for a mobility assessment. I was surprised the assessment took…read moreonly one minute and was done in front of an iPad screen. I'm not convinced of the technology but that's okay. My "stretcher" was Lauren. She was informative but quiet which I didn't mind but I did feel she seemed a bit strained when I asked questions. I'm not sure why. She was very serious which normally I don't mind but a smile here or there would be nice given the uncomfortable positions I was in. My biggest gripe and the only one that really matters is that I was hoping for a little more feedback DURING the session. Like, she would stretch out my leg and tell me to let her know when to stop. Um, I guess when it hurts? Once I did that, I'd hoped she'd say "ok, that was good or that seems strained" but maybe she didn't want to pass judgment. Don't take this the wrong way - she knows her stuff but if you're like me and you want the constant feedback ask for it ahead of time. The bottom line is - I went there for a right lower back pain that had been bothering me for 2 weeks and the next morning, albeit sore, the pain was gone. So, mission accomplished! I don't think I'll be purchasing passes because it's not worth it to ME personally but if you like it and willing to spend the $, go for it! I can see the benefits of stretching consistently.

I have to say I am completely blown away and impressed with Stretch Lab and their entire team! Having trained at a high level for bodybuilding for over 35 years, stretching has never been the priority I knew that it was. There is a difference to stretch yourself or a friend stretches you compared to a professional. I did a 50 minute session with Sarah and it was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! She was not only friendly, personable but very knowledgeable. The faculty is spotless and follows all Covid steps to keep everyone safe. I could not be happier and I'm looking forward to my next session.
