The staff is friendly and easygoing with guests, though a heads-up: tripods aren't allowed if you're into recording your workouts. Overall, I always enjoy my workouts here, especially around 6:30 AM or sometimes 2 PM depending on my schedule. And honestly, don't be afraid to make friends!
