It definitely lives up to its luxury gym description, but your comfort here really depends on how you feel about crowds and adjusting your routine when it's busy. The amenities are the star of the show. Massage chairs, leg compression therapy, two terrains, an outdoor area, a cryo lounge, and even a full movie theater with cardio equipment. Plus, there's a pool and sauna! I'm probably missing a few things, but you get the idea. Theres a ton here that other gyms simply don't have (including kid care and supplements). I don't mind crowded gyms or asking to work in when I need a machine, but if you're not into that, I'd recommend coming really early on weekdays or any time on weekends (it's surprisingly empty then). I'm on a 4-person family plan- about $90 total- and we each get our own membership with guest access. The staff is friendly and easygoing with guests, though a heads-up: tripods aren't allowed if you're into recording your workouts. Overall, I always enjoy my workouts here, especially around 6:30 AM or sometimes 2 PM depending on my schedule. And honestly, don't be afraid to make friends! Most people are super nice if you just ask how many sets they have left or if you can work in on a busy leg day. read more

This gym is amazing and has everything you need to complete your workout. I came here for a friend's (Ecem) Zumba class. She is an amazing Zumba Instructor. She teaches Tuesdays & Thursday. The group fitness studio is gorgeous with all the lighting inside and the mirrors so you can yourself working out. The sound system was excellent as well as the raised stage so you can visualize the instructor. read more

Finally made my way to the new gym in town! I appreciated the machines setup with no crowding in the layout . Loved seeing 2 separate free weights with a good amount of lower weights like 5, 7.5, and 10lbs. There's multiple areas in the gym with equipment for HIT workouts and stretching, designated glute room, and a cinema room. The backyard is a nice addition, as not many gyms have outside areas here. Bathrooms are spacious, with lockers and multiple hand washing stations. My only complaint is there are only 2 automatic hand dryers and they're placed on top of the counters, which is uncomfortable to dry your hands and creates a mess. There is also tons of parking spots, but with sharing the lot with other businesses in the plaza, you might end up parking farther away then expected. read more

I had a terrible experience at Eos gym in Kissimmee. The front desk staff, particularly Xiana, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was denied a 7-day pass simply because I was a guest at another Eos location a year ago, which makes no sense. Xiana's attitude was tasteless and made me feel unwelcome. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone looking for a friendly or accommodating experience. I even made a video to show management how they are training their workers. I was super excited about this gym opening, but things have definitely declined ever since it opened over a year ago. They don't offer early morning (6 or 7 am) group fitness classes for those that work 8-5 The gym floor is very dirty, all the treadmills are full of sweat spots, I have never seen a porter wiping down machines throughout the day while I have been there, and it gets crazy packed, especially in the afternoon hours. They also don't have a spinning studio, which other gyms do. read more

You can sign up for a 7 day trial to see how you enjoy the gym and it gives you a great feel for the environment and the machines. I personally have the membership that allows me to have unlimited guest with me. I enjoy the plethora of machines and the openness of the gym, there's an outside area which is a great addition. They have a theatre room where you can do your cardio and watch movies, they have a calendar in the gym and through the app that shows you what movies will be played everyday for the month. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I will say towards 3-6 is pretty busy in there but at 9 is when the gym begins to air out. read more

This review is long but worth the read! Let me start out saying I had really high hopes for this place. If you are anything like me and want to try out a gyms equipment before you commit, this place will promise you one thing, and do another. Came in today to start my "7 day free trial" which is advertised as "NO COMMITMENT, just bring gym clothes and a sweat towel." You walk in, they show you around and then explain that you "don't meet their ONE ZIP CODE criteria to do the 7 day trial so you MUST sign up right now," this is all before you can even think about working out. The sales men make you feel inferior, small, and pressured. Planned on signing up once I tried out their equipment (which looked nice) but now... wouldn't work out here for any price. Came in happy and excited and walked out hot and angry. Update: talked to the manager, Yanni. The zip code thing isn't a thing, so if the sales team tries to pull a fast one on you and tag team you into a commission based sign up- don't give them your routing number when they offer you the "today only sign up fee of 0.11 cents" ask for her and get what they advertise, a 7 day no commitment. read more

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. I joined this gym back in November 2025 When they had a Black Friday special, and I wouldn't have to pay until January 2026. Come, January. I get billed twice, minutes apart for $115 each transaction. After discovering this transaction, I locked my card, and I noticed the next morning, They also attempted to charge $50. I am a single mother of two small children. This company took our grocery money. When I called to speak to somebody, I was put on hold for over a half hour. Once I hung up Because I was at work, and I couldn't be on Hold for a long time, no one had the courtesy to even give Me a call back. I had to commute from Winter Park to Kissimmee and extreme rush-hour traffic. It took me almost 2 hours. I go in looking for a Manager, and of course, there is no Manager to be found. Deztiny at the front desk was able to help me. She Informed me that there was a large note on my account, and she was trying to decipher it. The note stated that I was going to receive a refund that was issued by one of the managers that was Overlooking the account when I initially called. What is extremely unprofessional to me is that this company is able to take the time to create large notes on their clients accounts, but not able to take it upon themselves to call the client That they STOLE from knowing I was anticipating an answer. Well, now we are week out from the incident. Still no refund has been issued. I called and spoke with Kai. He informed me that only a request for a refund was submitted to Paul muse. Again, no call back no clarification on my situation. I have been completely left in the dark, which is informs me that this company probably does this a lot and this is how they stay in business. Where is the customer service??? Every Step of this process has shown a complete lack of accountability, communication and follow through, it has been unprofessional on their part... Still Waiting for a response but they want to continue to charge me... This is intentional at this point. How is it that I have spoken to several Staff members and also spoke to an in-person Manager submitted all documentation requested from me, but how convenient for them but not for me, The Manager reassured me that this would be cancelled, yet another two weeks have gone by and still no response from them .... I have been dealing with this since January, how come no one has responded to ME??? I am updating my review because my experience with EOS has continued to get WORSE. Despite multiple in‑person visits, emails, calls, and providing every document they requested, EOS has still failed to cancel my PT membership AND NOW I AM REQUESTING MY MAIN GYM Membership. I have been more than patient, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I have now escalated this situation to Consumer Affairs and filed a formal complaint. I will also be seeking legal assistance. No customer should have to fight this hard just to cancel a membership -- especially after providing proof of move, proof of vehicle total loss, and a utility bill AS THEY REQUESTED EOS has shown a clear pattern of ignoring cancellation requests and giving customers the runaround. I am requesting full cancellation and written confirmation immediately. Any further charges will be documented as part of my case I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience. I'm very disappointed with my experience at EOS Fitness, especially with Michael and Juan, the managers in charge of the personal training department. Before I signed anything, Michael assured me that I could cancel personal training at any time. That turned out not to be true, and I felt completely misled when I tried to cancel. He also said that the only way to cancel is if I move a certain amount of miles away or out of state and never told me that I still need to pay two invoices when I do so. Michael is careless about my situation that I am going through personally and financially. This situation has caused me a lot of stress and frustration, to the point where I no longer feel comfortable coming to the gym. What was supposed to be a positive experience for my health has instead become mentally draining. Most of the time, I was left doing workouts on my own - basically the same kind of exercises you can easily find online for free. I was even paired with a trainer who doesn't even go to the gym himself! The personal training program felt like a SCAM and not worth the money. I strongly recommend reading every detail of the personal training contract before signing anything. I also highly recommend reading the reviews about MICHAEL!!! Aside from that, the gym itself is great -- clean, well-equipped, and has a good atmosphere. Received a 7 day pass, drove 20 minutes to gym and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait to 'activate' my pass. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me they were busy. If this is how they do business they should specify when giving the pass. Staff were rude and didn't seem interested in helping. Crazy they don't mind turning away new customers, but by the looks of it, seems overcrowded already so probably explains it. read more
