Tried it and signed up for 10 sessions. Then I Woke up next morning with a big bulge on side under my ribs. Have been to several doctors and nobody can really diagnose it although the bulge remains. I'm not saying stretch zone caused it necessarily but is an odd coincidence that it occurred the next morning. Now they keep bugging me for payment even though I told them I would Never go back. I received 4 phone calls, 4 texts and 4 emails in 24 hrs about my appt for the free stretch appt i booked. Are u kidding me!! I responded by texts to 2 of the texts that yes i was confirming that i was coming. I work they bothered me all day want answering their calls. I was excited about it. I have severe lower back pain. I live 0.5 miles away didn't even know they were there. Appt was at 5. At 4:30 they called again. I finally had it. Understand that this is from the general manager who obviously doesn't have any idea how to manage a business. The staff is clueless about how to build a relationship with their clients. I went in because my boyfriend purchased a 100 gift certificate to credit my account. Hence Robert couldn't find the 100 dollars and made me pay full price for the monthly membership. Then I scheduled the appointment with another person who had a scheduled conflict. Because my schedule time was between 5 to 6 and when I got there at 5:20 pm the girl already left without calling me. Just understanding I was getting out of work and running late. Nope she just went home and no explanation. I asked for Robert to call me back when he left me a voicemail. Today he texts me asking for another card for payment. Never go here. I had an ongoing monthly membership to the stretch zone. Then I put my membership on hold and started to see charges reappear on my credit card. I called and sent several messages but no response. This location has unethical business practices. Management never responds but desperate measures for desperate business!!!!! Don't waste your money! Go to a reputable place with management that responds timely and doesn't just charge your credit card to increase sales to meet quotas. This company is disgraceful. I should have read the prior reviews to see that this is an on going unethical practice for this company and clearly Corporate doesn't do anything to correct the issue. Stay far away and do not provide them with your credit card information. Over 1 1/2 years ago I stopped going to SZ on the advice of my orthopedic surgeon as the stretching was inflaming my lower back. This morning I discovered that SZ processed 9 payments of $69 each to one my credit card accounts. I notified SZ in writing in 2018 that I was no longer able to utilize their services. This was further confirmed on the phone with one of their representatives. My bank is processing these as fraud chargebacks against SZ. A horrible company that would actually attempt to charge a customer that hasn't utilized their services in over a year and was fully paid for their services. As with everything else, it does depend on who does the work for you, and how it works for you. 1st trial - okay 2nd trial - excellent 1st actual session - subpar 2nd session - can't comment because I was a no-show. My fault here. 3rd actual session - above good, below excellent. Great manners and technique here, but the relief did not last for more than two days this time. I had a chiropractic adjustment along with a really good massage a couple of days before the 2nd trial. I think, in combination, those had impact on what made the 2nd trial great. I wish I had the same feeling again but been unsuccessful for the two times I tried after so far. I had different stretchers for my actual sessions, so it would only be fair for me to disclose that they were not fully acquainted with where I am hurting. read more
