It was my first time experiencing an infrared sauna as opposed to an electric sauna and it was a really good experience. They are open 24 hours which is really great for a busy schedule. They also have a security device that can be worn around the neck in case of overheating while alone. They have other virtual classes aside from yoga and a weight training section. I plan on starting a membership! The infrared sauna sold me along with the 24/7 access. That was a huge plus for me! Also, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!
