The desk is only staffed 2 days a week so getting on the schedule is dependent on their schedule; this may work for people with a fixed schedule that can make appointments weeks out but it is not effective for active professionals with non fixed schedules. Given the high cost of the service ($299 a month) I feel that having the phone answered for scheduling during normal business hours is not a big ask. Perhaps one number shared between the three facilities in the chain. After struggling to get the six sessions of the first month subscription covered, I canceled with no intent to schedule the remainder. This cost me a monthly fee of $299 and I will move on to a more responsive facility. To cancel I had to contact the office manager via email as multiple calls to the facility went unanswered.

The facility is excellent -- from the strength training equipment to the cold plunge, steam room, sauna, swimming, and pickleball. It is a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. A special thank you to Daryl, who has been simply fantastic as a coach and trainer. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and has helped me stay focused and disciplined. I have been going to "Prestige Wellbeing" for 4 months now. It doesn't seem that long…read more I have done personal training before a long time ago, and was not sure about getting back into it. I dont have a gym membership, I lead a busy life with kids and work. I have been trying to focus at home, and just struggling all around. Lisa is great at pushing me, looking at all aspects of what my struggle is (time, food, exercise, sleep, snacks, water) and coming up with realistic ways to overcome these challenges one by one. Each time, I've realized that I can fit this into my life, AT HOME, without a gym membership! As long as I can be honest about barriers, and challenges, push myself, understand that I'll have rough days, miss days... however if I keep going, and I have, I am getting stronger and gaining muscle, losing fat, and....
