For the price and location, I don't think you can beat it. The gym itself is always clean, there aren't weights and equipment everywhere even when I come super early and no one is there yet. The bathrooms are well-maintained and smell good. The other members that I have met are really nice and at the very least you get a "good morning" Or a head nod. Ego is low when you come in. There's not a holier than thou attitude so that's a win. I started coming here because they have 2 water rowers and I can't currently be on the water, but the boxing fitness classes are a lot of fun and push you. 10/10 would recommend.

I have arthritis in my right knee and L4-L5 herniated disc, and after playing Pickleball for about a year, it got extremely painful. I started needing Cortizone shots in my knee every three months, but over the last six months of last year and the beginning of this year, I couldn't make it three months. I would be three weeks short of getting the shot and running about a 4 to 5 level of discomfort. It affected my sleep and my everyday functioning. I knew i needed to do something or it was just going to get worse and I didn't want to keep getting shots for the rest of my life or need a knee replacement. I had heard of Next Level Mobility and its different approach to fitness and in February I joined. It was the best decision I ever made. I started out slow with some of the classes to help improve strength and function. After one month, I decided to get the Next Level Experience- 5 sessions with a trainer, a body scan and a stretch. I told my coach, Jacob C, that my number one goal was to reduce or eliminate the need for a cortisone shot, and the pain in my lower back and knee. Jacob evaluated me and created a plan to help me reach my goal. Best money I ever spent. I got my very last Cortizone shot in March before beginning on this journey so that I could be more functional and to this date, five months later, not only am I stronger and more mobile, I have not had to have a Cortizone shot. I couldn't have done it without my Coach, Jacob C and the entire team at Next Level Mobility. I sleep better, I'm more functional in my home and in my daily life, I can play pickle ball whenever I want, and my quality of life has improved immensely! Plus I've lost several inches. Teachers are not credentialed or have any sort of early education qualifications whatsoever. My child attended for an entire year before things came to light. There are so many amazing preschools for your little out here that cost the same or less, that follow SC guidelines and held accountable by the state. Hopefully my mistake will save another parent the hassle and guilt. Many families pulled children from this up coming year due to lack of transparency. "Money over safety" should never be a thing in an establishment that is trusted to care for children of all ages. In my opinion.*
