I recently moved to the Pompano Beach area from California, and one of the hardest parts of relocating is finding your new "go-to" places. I used to go to a stretch studio weekly, so it was really important for me to find something similar here--especially since I deal with tight hips and IT band issues. I decided to try a complimentary session at Stretch Zone in Lighthouse Point, and I'm so glad I did! The location is super convenient with plenty of parking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away by a friendly and welcoming staff. Sarah was my stretch practitioner, and she was absolutely wonderful. I had just returned from a three-week trip to Asia--lots of walking and long flights--so my body was extremely sore. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and focused on all the right areas. You can tell she's very knowledgeable about body mechanics (she even has a degree in kinesiology), and she explained the purpose behind each stretch, which I really appreciated. She's also incredibly kind, personable, and funny, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and not intimidating at all. I left feeling like a completely renewed person! I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership on the spot and even took advantage of some great specials for additional sessions. Deceptive business practices. Had the free consultation and stretch. Was told that they could give me 2 sessions for the normal fee of $85. Ran my credit card gave me card with my account number, sent me on my way. Later received a email showing only 1 session and a digital signature that is not mine. Emailed for clarification no reply. I will disputing this with my credit card company. Does not instill good faith. read more

They popped up in my feed and offered a free session. I took it. When they called to confirm I told them specifically where I live and if there's any other closer location to me. They said no and not to worry about it to just come. When I arrived they wanted to charge me $85. It's not about the money it's about the principal. These people are absolute thieves! I purchased four sessions only and they told me to use a certain code number to sign up on the app and that's the only way you can book an appointment because the phone just continues to ring and nobody ever answers. I even told them on the way out that I do not want to purchase any more sessions at the time and even though they try to pressure me, I said I did not have the money at the time. Three months later, I noticed three monthly reoccurring charges on my bank account. So when you use that code to sign it up on their app, it automatically signs you up for the monthly service. The owner is a real c@&$ and refused to give my money back even when I got the police involved. I guess it's helped me Howard next because these people have to be stopped. read more

I scheduled the free first session for my mom and myself at the new location in Lighthouse Point. We both absolutely loved it, I personally felt like 100 bucks afterward and my mom also was relieved of a lot of pain she had from sciatica problems. All the staff over there were very nice to us and clearly are well educated in what they do, would definitely recommend for other! read more

OMG......rude! Four of us went this AM at about 9:15. 1 tech was outside on her phone and 2 others sitting inside staring at their phones. No customers present. We thought, 'Great, we will get right in'. Well, upon entering one tech (young man) jumped up and attempted to talk to us, with a smile, until he got stomped on by rude-dude (bald headed guy BHG). BHG proceeded to ask "all four of you?" with an incredulous look on his face. He then proceeded to let us know that we needed an appointment and we should not expect to just walk right in, and would we like for him to "try" to fit us in sometime this week, blah, blah, blah. It is not so much the message, but the messenger. He was so rude, really really ugly. Needless to say we will NEVER step foot in there again. Advice...Go down the street to 'Reflexology' and enjoy a Thai foot soak, full-body massage and reflexology treatment for $35. Excellent! read more

Received a flyer for a free session and then registered online for it. Went in this morning and after filling out the form a tall, fat guy came up and started explaining the business, asking a few questions which included whether I'd be interested in a subscription. I said I was interested in seeing what they did so I could compare it to a massage (to see if the stretch was as relaxing as a massage). After he rattled a little more I said "You're not asking the right questions." Then he wanted me to tell what to ask and I said I'm not telling you the way to do your job. He was quickly offended and said he was cancelling my appointment. One way to gain to customers! The girl there tried to ease the conversation but the jerk (fat guy) said I was "confrontational" and I said he was too sensitive. I left promising to tell everyone I know NOT TO USE THEIR BUSINESS! Needless, they want your money first! Then you can try the product. Lots of luck. read more

They took my money and then never provided the services that I paid for. The contact # they gave me was disconnected and when I drove by all the lights were off. I tried contacting the parent company by email repeatedly and never received an answer. There was no phone #. I finally called another unrelated store that gave me a number that worked. I scheduled a stretch and was cancelled on an hour before I was scheduled. What ever you do do NOT give them your money. Take your free stretch and run. read more
