It is in the old Golds Gym so even though it is newer to the One Life collection. The building itself has some age on it. Some of the equipment already has cracked pads which is a huge pet peeve of mine. When you have annual membership fees this should never happen. There are several machines here that they don't have at other locations, however it was lacking in abdominal machines. The overall pool area is nice but the hot tub had the weakest jets I have ever experienced. This is the only One Life I've been to that has a steam room. That was nice! The showers were GROSS and showed plenty of mold. There were also three ends of exposed screws by the soap holder that will scratch you. Like I said this experience was a roller coaster! The hydro massage was nice and that area was clean. I will come back.

Strongside is a community of incredibly kind people who gather to be a better version of themselves, on a daily basis. The gym is incredibly clean. The people who go daily are so nice, and are always rooting for each other. Lifting each other. I work out among men and women of every shape and size. All of them trying to just be a BETTER version of themselves. A stronger version. A healthier version. As a middle aged woman, that feels wonderful. And the coaches are phenomenal. They push you to go that extra mile. To lift just a little more. To get in JUST ONE MORE REP! PUSH THROUGH!! My coach is Joe and he is absolutely AMAZING! Today I saw him in the club and I asked if he needed to speak with me. He leads me to the locker room which made me uncomfortable bc there is no cameras and began to accuse me of saying bad things about him and I could see he was very angry. Nervous, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager and no one else needed to be involved. I exit the locker room and find the asst manager named Max he was excellent. This trainer Dee was telling the manager that he over heard me saying things about him, I don't have any clue what this dude thinks I said. It's obvious there is some underlying mental disorder. As I went to go work out he started to follow me yelling and trying to intimidate me, he began to remove his shirt, he was screaming names at me, the manager Max actually had to restrain the man from attacking me. I didn't know if maybe this man has some sort of self esteem issue or he just looks insecure standing there. There is no telling what this man is capable of, I'll never feel comfortable going here again in fear of getting physically attacked by the lowest paid employee in the building. Yelling and screaming like an animal in the middle of the club. This is the Woodstock location in GA off Molly ln The management team was quick and responsive. They need this extra earnings coming to stay in business." New class Supposed to be signature membership, now saying big increase $$$ in classes. Starts in May! Signature for a trial period than $$$. GTX format with a new name! Basically, Someone yelling at you on a pilates machine with music. Still better than competition, but you are really paying for it and soon it will just like them. SPIN is the only real core cardio that all ages can do and they cancel it. Poor quality "healthy food" cheese wiz on stale chips. 5 day old broiled chicken on premade salad from days before. Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.
