Do NOT go to this Stretch Zone location -- they will scam you. I purchased a package of stretch sessions and was told multiple times -- both at the time of purchase and throughout -- that these sessions would NEVER expire. Now, out of nowhere, I'm being told I can't use my remaining credits unless I pay again to reactivate an "agreement" I never agreed to in the first place. Trayvon, the manager, has been giving me conflicting and frankly dishonest information. First, he claimed my credits were expired. Now he's suddenly saying they aren't expired -- but I still have to pay $119 to access something I already paid for. Funny, because just last week he told me it was $99. So which is it? To make matters worse, they recently got a new owner, and apparently, they think that means they can just rewrite the rules and ignore all existing customer agreements. Sorry, that's not how franchises work. A change in ownership doesn't void previous obligations -- it's called honoring your business's commitments. This location is shady, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in squeezing customers for more money than providing the service they promised. Stretch Zone is an emerging self/personal care phenomenon that focuses on the art of stretching through "practitioner assisted stretching" with the ultimate goal of increasing your range of motion. They call their method Stretch Flex. They offer programs/memberships that range from 1, 2 or 3 weekly visits of 30 minute sessions. Pricing starts around $200 per month or $50 per session, and the per session price decreases the more you complete. This location sits in a small/older shopping center near the City Springs complex in the Sandy Springs. For quick reference, it sits directly across Johnson Ferry from Flower Child. Given the shopping complex location, parking is plentiful and should never be an issue. I stumbled upon Stretch Zone and their program via a Facebook add for a free introductory session. I don't usually fall for those things, but I have been doing more yoga and decided that a good deep stretch may help me work through some stiffness. I called and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and assured me that it was in fact a complimentary session. I set the appointment for the day after and made my way over to get my stretch on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist who was again very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with a practitioner and to start my session, we went through all the paperwork and questions needed. From there I hopped on the table and he did his thing. They focus on a scaled approach to stretches to get you to push the limits of your stretches to create more mobility. It is a 3, 5 and 7 scale. With each stretch completed you hit all marks with 3 being the first feeling of a stretch and 7 being you pushing yourself. He walked me through each stretch with the percent of motion I was exhibiting in order to give me a better understanding what each bench mark meant. I had two focus areas, lower back and neck. After my session, I will say that I felt lighter in the hip area (if that makes sense?!), but did not feel too different in the areas of concern. I know it was one session, so I took the feeling in the hips as a win and acknowledgement that they got something going on with this stuff! From the moment I called to the moment I left the session, each person I came in contact with was great. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They were genuine in each interaction, which I appreciated! The location is essentially just one big open space that features a few desks, reception area, coffee station and five stretch beds. It was clean, well laid out, bright and in good condition. Overall, my experience was good. The only reason it is not five stars is pricing. I feel the cheapest plan being $200 is a bit much. Since I also have a gym membership along with yoga classes, it adds up. But I could definitely see the benefit if you are in recovery or lost range of motion and are working to get it back. I am writing as a truly upset customer. I am completely disheartened by the lack of professionalism shown by the Sandy Springs Stretch location. I visited this location in March of 2024, in this meeting I received my complimentary stretch service which concluded with a consult. I was at that time provide with several tiers of services, all in which I declined. However, I did agree to purchase (1) one additional class at the rate of $89. I came in received my service and all was well. After reviewing my bank account it was discovered that I was charged $89.99 for April and $89.99 & $20.00 for May. I requested that I receive a refund of $199.98 the amount the unauthorized charges and all the problems began. I contacted the manager via phone last month in reference to this matter and was told to send a canceling letter, but I was not in a contract. The forms sign were thought necessary for services. I contacted the location to provide additional insight regarding my email and was met with no accountability or resolution. I never curse nor talked over the manager however; when I inquired about speaking with a superior as it would make zero sense to purchase a monthly plan and never attend. I was rudely hung up on and she would no longer take my calls. Update: The site offered to refund me $20. This company is a joke; I am seriously worried about the older community being taking advantage of stay clear of this company, the workers have no integrity. read more

I stopped in for the "first 30 minutes session free" deal that they offer. I arrived early and the place was buzzing with people. I was eventually greeted and welcomed. I saw Myles and had a wonderful experience-- he was communicative, funny, and did a good job with stretching me. We focused on my hips, quads, and back. The stretch was good. There are some moments I feel it could be deeper... but now that I know what's going on I can better communicate with my specialist. I ended up booking a package and am excited to return. Very glad I decided to see what Stretch Zone was all about. I've only had a few sessions and we've been targeting areas that need to have flexibility restored. This was to be my first visit so I ended up getting there early. I checked in where I was obviously told I was early and was offered to wait. Given the size of the room and number of people I told the receptionist that I would wait outside. I guess I was wrong when I assumed they would let me know when they were ready for me. So when my app time came and went, I went in to find out what was going on and was told they could not be bothered to wave at to let me know I could go in. Drove here under the impression I would receive a free stretch session as stated in their advertisement being that it was my first time. However when I arrived they stated I would need a consultation first or would have to pay $62. I told them that was never mentioned in their ad as being a requirement. The receptionist called and spoke with her manager who agreed to allow me to do the free stretch session in return for a review. My appointment was at 5:30pm. It was 5:44pm when I was finally allowed to continue on. When I sat down the technician informed me that I only had 15mins to do the session because she had another appointment and that I would not be able to receive the full complimentary stretch. I became irritated and left. Will never return! Do not recommend. False advertising! You guys wanted my review. Here it is!
