Well, what I couldn't see in the videos was how much shaking and burning these folks were experiencing. Barre workouts are REAL. You'll learn how to do these micromovements that will tone your muscles efficiently. But pay attention to your instructors. You want to make sure you get the forms right so that you don't hurt yourself and so that you're getting all the benefits. The folks at Pure Barre are very friendly and encouraging, and the facility is brightly lit with natural light and very clean. You can purchase classes one at a time, or in packages. And if you're up for it, you can go all in for their unlimited package.

When I first signed up, I was told they'd work with me if something came up. But now that I actually need help, I'm being met with nothing but silence and fees. For someone who's been a loyal member for years, this feels unfair. I just want people to be aware of how inflexible and unsupportive this membership really is when you need it most.
