Love this local old school no frills gym here! We wanted to work out on vacation and this spot made…read moreour workout consistency happen. Easy to follow directions on the website to pay for the day passes and obtain your code. The gym is very very clean and organized. They have everything you need from :resistance bands, Mats, weights ranging for all pounds, machines and a nice touch of the vibra wave to warm up or cool down your body. Music was great it was an 80s playlist. They offer TVs on the treadmills with individual remotes and channel guide. Only 1 bathroom, co-Ed. No drinking fountain for now so make sure you bring your own water and towel! It's affordable, clean, inspiring quotes and photos on the wall. And offers natural light so you don't feel trapped in a dungeon. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to focus on your workout, get in and out with no issues. Everyone minds their businesses too here, it's private and awesome

I travelled all over coast to coast not once have I ever been informed that, I proceeded to contact source sneaker to understand the rules for the membership, I was told u r allowed to use it at the lactation on silver sneaker website After I spoke to silver sneaker, the owner called me and said we have a misunderstanding I am try to understand the misunderstanding when I say I have slilver sneaker and he says he only except for local residence, I must pay $10 if I'd like to use the gym for the day Why was there a misunderstanding after Io contacted silver sneaker and informed them that they're not using their services correctly Then he txt asking to go back!!!!! I would not suggest the gym he was rude about the membership and not allowed there Was not an impressive gym one person you're working out only why would you turn down getting money when nobody's in your gym?

Joining F45 was the best thing I've ever done. Believe me, I was scared to death and asked Justin,…read morethe membership manager, a million questions and even went to see the gym before I joined. I went in with the mentality that I would just go ask questions and maybe join later on. He made me confident that even though I was incredibly out of shape that I could do the workouts. I walked out a foundation member and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I started off a few weeks ago, scared that I wouldn't make it through the workout. I did Hollywood which is the Saturday workout first. It is a 60 minute intense workout. Yes, I was sore, but I was so proud of myself making it through the workout that I didn't care. As I kept going, the pain or soreness that I experienced from working out has subsided and I can feel myself getting stronger. I used to just go to the gym and do a quick workout and leave. I tried to follow workout plans and would just get bored or give up. With the help of the trainers, I'm going things I would have never expected that I could do. The gym is small, it's meant for a class at a time and is set up depending on the workout. You'd be surprised how much can be packed into the gym in a class. Each workout is different and geared towards a theme. I suggest just going to a class before you judge it based on the name of it. A great example of this would be Foxtrot. It is military based and that worried me that I couldn't complete it. In fact, originally that was the only class I didn't book. As I said, I was out of shape and didn't think I would make it through but I did. There are modifications for various exercises and levels of training. You also can use a Lionheart heart rate monitor that connects to the screens in the back of the classes and tells you the percentage of your maximum heart rate you are using. You get a report at the end of the class that shows your points during the class that you achieved based on your heart rate and calories burned. It also shows a trend line for your workout. This is so helpful and makes me push a little harder when I know I have dropped my heart rate some. The staff is great. Nathan and his wife are super sweet and really seem to care about you as an individual. Justin is encouraging and always there to give you a high five. Chase and Kaitlyn have helped me to bring my fitness level to a level that I now feel more confident doing the exercises. I wouldn't push myself without them. Hannah is also very nice. I haven't been to her class yet but she was present in one of the Hollywood sessions I attended and was helpful. The members are encouraging and it already feels like family. My suggestion, give it a shot. You might just surprise yourself like I did!

Love this place so far! I've done three workouts and I haven't been sore in forever and I'm finally…read moresore! Theres a true team atmosphere and the trainers and coaches are very positive and uplifting. Everyone working out is competing against themselves and can see how they're doing with a heart rate monitor if you choose. The trainers are able to modify any exercises if you have injuries and will show alternatives. You get paired in groups at stations which is nice because you get to motivate each other. No workouts are the same! I'm excited to do more workouts!
