I'm so grateful to be apart of the Emerge Wellness community, this is a women owned business that I…read morehighly recommend to any and everyone. I love the monthly aerial cocooning workshop with Tibetan tones singing bowls mediation led by Adrianna. She is an advanced wellness practitioner who guides her class safely for those who are new to aerial style yoga and ending the class with a deep sound bath meditation makes me feel truly incredible every workshop I attend. I, myself have enjoyed massages, sauna sessions and a variety of yoga classes here and feel more calm and confident after each session. Bring a friend or a family member to introduce them to the benefits of yoga, meditation and overall wellness classes.

I wasted $60 on an intro package for two weeks. I walked out on the first class and couldn't…read moremuster any desire to return. I think the owner is mentally off as I have never encountered such rapid movement or as strange a classroom presentation in fifty years of yoga. I researched the teacher on line when I returned home and discovered she was the owner. She has inserted her image and bio ubiquitously including a music site when she doesn't even produce music! The self promotion was staggering, Bad vibes of a cultish sort here. Could never coddle to her ego bursting classroom narratives. Want to do some authentic yoga? Go somewhere else. It's a spiritual assault.

It ended up not being right for me because the timing of the programs and classes didn't work out. When I joined, it happened to be a challenge month for 3g classes. Meaning there were three types of workouts in the 50 minute rotation. Treadmill, rowing and floor with weights. I loved that bc I can't handle spending half of a class on the treadmill. I signed up and loved the first month. Then the second month went back to a more classic class schedule. I did not realize so many 3g class options was not typical. There were still some 3g classes but not within my morning availability. So it became all 2g, meaning half the class was running and the other half was rowing. I do like the rowing but running on a treadmill for 25 minutes is too much for me. There were other structured "upper body" and "lower body" classes but I could only make one due to schedule. Overall I think it could be a great program for those who like the structure. It just didn't work for me.

Great location, helpful & caring staff, well maintained equipment. Great coaches…read more Workouts that are geared towards any level of experience or physical ability. This location is part of the reason I stuck with Orangetheory! Coach Jeanette brought me from having no exercise knowledge to being a well trained, capable athlete. Plenty of free parking in giant lot out front.
