I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for another fantastic experience I had with a different instructor at Massapequa Club Pilates. After my 23rd level 1 class, I decided to attempt a 1.5 level class with Magdalena. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt a mix of excitement and intimidation, especially surrounded by the strength of the women to my right and left. However, Magdalena's precise pacing and expert instruction quickly put me at ease. Her ability to guide the class with such clarity and attention to detail made all the difference. I truly appreciated how Magdalena created an inclusive environment, encouraging everyone to challenge themselves while feeling supported. Her expertise was evident, and her encouragement helped me push through my initial reservations. Magdalena has an impressive presence as she stands in front of the class, as well as when she is walking to and from the back of the class actively assessing each participant's form and technique while giving positive corrective feedback. It's clear that she has studied and prepared thoroughly for each session. Magdalena is another highly effective instructor that I am happy to have found at Massapequa Club Pilates. I will now add her to the list of other highly effective instructors that I have experienced there, including Christina, Samantha and Eileen, as my health investment advisors. I went to an intro then just finished my first 2 classes. Pelin was fantastic, with a great flow and very clear instructions. I felt like she gave us a comprehensive well rounded body work out and stretch. Enjoyed her playlist. read more

Love the workouts, scheduling is not easy, but trainer is wonderful. I has been a game changer for me.

No pricing on the website for a reason. 3 month membership commitments $229 or $226 /month and a normally 99$ enrollment fee that's currently $25 for the month of January. Too pricy, they don't let you cancel according to lower reviews. I tried the intro class didn't love it enough for anymore than maybe $150 a month max Orange theory F45 Or massapequa hot yoga are my recommendations. Hope to see this place fix their pricing and offer month to month memberships. Drop in class is $39, wildly overpriced. read more

I had a horrible experience at Massapequa Club Pilates. I signed up for a trial class to see if I would like it. I asked my doctor if this would be good for me since I have back issues and he said yes as long as they know what they are doing. I called them, told them about my back, and even filled out forms explaining my concern. I was told the instructor would be informed and all would be good. I went with a friend to the trial class. The instructor started the class. After she had us do some basic moves she asked if anyone had any medical issues. I raised my hand and said yes my back. In front of the class, she said sarcastically, "NOW YOU TELL ME THIS!" and rolled her eyes toward my back which my friend saw. My friend and I decided to join IMX Pilates in Deer Park. The staff was much more qualified, professional, friendly and helpful. We took their personal training classes and now are in group classes and I never felt better! read more

Absolute worst customer service that I've ever encountered. Rules, policies, rules policies-all about the rules and policies and your "legal" responsibilities because that's how they get all your money. Cannot cancel your membership with a simple email stating "I'd like to cancel my membership." You must follow all the rules and policies or they keep racking up your membership fees until you follow all the rules and policies for "proper"cancellation process. It's not that serious Club Pilates- just let a customer cancel. Seems after my experience, I've noticed how many others feel the same way! I've also come to notice how unprofessional ownership and management is through their responses to their clients' reviews; stating information about client accounts, missed classes and other things that some clients may want to keep private. Lastly, the capital letters in their responses- so distasteful. read more

I've been a member since they first opened this location and now have a passport membership since I travel often. I have tried every possible type of workout (gyms, kickboxing, yoga, spin) and while they all are ok, nothing was motivating. I tend to enjoy class based workouts but nothing too crowded. This is a perfect fit for me! I look forward to every class and am very grateful for the years of corrections bc I was recently moved up to level 2, and within the next 2 weeks I should reach my 500th class!!!! I (as well as others) have noticed the complete change in my posture...the straighter you stand and sit, the thinner you look (I swear...try it). I really dont understand the negative reviews on here regarding the instructors though. I've been in hundreds of classes and not once have I seen it or heard anyone being rude. Some people get corrected more but if you dont like that then go join a regular gym, have lousy form and wake up the next day with a pulled back and sore neck. Otherwise come here and listen to the instructor who is a trained professional and is there to help you get results. The staff and owner are wonderful, accommodating and patient. read more

I love the instructors, can't recommended them enough. But this place gets a low rating bc I've been trying to unenroll from automatic payments for several weeks now and cannot get response. I call them and they say the owner is emailing you a confirmation as we speak and still no confirmation. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is as I reached out to them 30 days prior to next months renewal as stated in their contract. I planned on coming back to this place in the next few months but the lack of customer service is making me think otherwise. read more

Okay so the idea behind Club Pilates is great, and the studio is very clean and filled with great equipment. Unfortunately the staff is the issue. I've been going for some time and I would say 2 maybe 3 of the teachers are actually friendly, and care about your form and you getting the most out of your workout. Most of the trainers make you feel uncomfortable, they're rude, and don't approach you to correct anything; they just stand at the front of the studio and repeat what you're doing wrong. I also don't find any of them to be personable. It's hard to feel comfortable at the gym for most, and when instructors are cold like that it's even harder. If you don't care about the energy of the instructor the place is GREAT but if you're like me and feed off the teacher, try a different location. read more

Trying to unenroll is a nightmare. I don't recommend this business. I would strongly recommend you consider other options. This business is poorly managed and if my situation isn't resolved soon, they will be facing a law suit from multiple members. There practices are not ethical. read more

Absolutely love Club Pilates. As someone coming from a gym background this was a very different workout. It took a little while to get used to all the cues but all the instructors were very patient. Always being told to do what you can and each time it will get easier. They were so right. Most of my classes were with Eileen. And not only was she supportive, but she was alway there watching and correcting to make sure I didn't get hurt. I had an old injury and I hoped Pilates would help. It absolutely did. The secret to Pilates, I have found is to stay focused, concentrate and go at your own pace. Eileen can always tell when your head is not there. She will come over and make you realize that your mind is wandering and get you back. All I can say is you get out of it what you put in. Everyone should try Pilates. But be prepared to work hard and really focus and you will be amazed at what you can do. read more

A friend of mine signed me up for a free lesson. I'm so glad she did! Due to health issues I needed some extra attention and decided to sign up for private lessons. Today I signed up for ten more! Lovely staff. Had one lesson with Melissa and four with Dale. Both are great but I've spent more time with Dale. To be honest in the beginning I was intimidated and Dale is a stickler for correct form. At first I didn't like to be corrected so much but she was always kind and I've come to realize that's what you want in a Pilates teacher. So grateful for my sessions with Dale. Wanted to give her a great review but please don't take my early Saturday appointments! I need her...highly recommend! read more
