My favorite coach is Coach Kristy, she's really energetic, very positive and encouraging. She makes you know that you CAN do what she wants you to do, even though you think you're about to die. I had gained a lot of weight due to the stress and cortisol that was released in my body along with not getting much good sleep at all for months.
