Being a stubborn person, I sought solis in the world of You tube and forums for Honda to try to fix the issue without the deep dive into the pocket book. I tried several things from old school techniques to commercial fuel additives hoping to clear the codes to no avail. Finally on a diagnostic, the mechanic just said go see Jeremy at First choice, have him check the o2s first just in case, but those codes usually mean it's the converters that need replacing. He evaluated the sensors first to determine if they work which only took 10 minutes, they did . So after much discussion, I bit the bullet and set up a time of repair with my schedule and the parts availability. I dropped it off that morning, was given a realistic time to repair and a realistic price. The repair was completed, he tested the sensors again to see if any errors existed and bam. A drive cycle later the vehicle passed inspection. It was a positive experience, and I do believe I found my new shop for vehicle repairs. Thank you Jeremy.

When I arrived, they did not have the rear differential fluid for my vehicle and said they had to order it. Ok...that was a bummer. I went I again 2 weeks later for our other vehicle oil change and asked if they had the rear differential fluid, so I could bring in my car that same day. Nope. They never ordered it. It seemed like something that should have been ordered and scheduled the day I came in for the appt initially. Instead, longer delay than necessary. Would have liked to see the employee be proactive with that instead of me having to coordinate. Music in the lobby is too loud for a waiting area - many people were trying to get work done or take phone calls.
