The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I don't give anyone 5 stars. Stride has been my clinic for years. My most recent and long lived Doc has been Kimberly DuFraux, and she has been exemplary. First off understand that the staff here deal with VERY many people and sometimes that will affect any office. Over the 10+ years I've been going here I've had overall great care! Kim is leaving but I trust her to refer me to a capable replacement. You can always go elsewhere and compare. They have worked with me on insurance issues and so much more. Note: I'm overweight and my advice for those that are but love animals? Get a dog. It will make a huge difference in your mental health and you will eventually WALK the dog and meet the nextdoor neighbors you've never met! read more

I first want to start off as I have no problem with my doctor whatsoever but the Elizabeth Sabella assistant called me because I have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens to Safeway here out in Springs. So obviously I like my doctor because I live in Springs and will do the drive to Arvada for my visit. Well Safeway has called Walgreens and so have I but they keep saying they are busy. So I call Stride to see if they can transfer my prescriptions to Safeway. I explained that I have been off my depression pills for two weeks now. The lady who answered said she would put that in the computer. Well nothing was done so I called today and they had Elizabeth Sabella assistant call me back. She said she can get me a tele visit on the 20th. I explained I have been off of my Duloxetine for two weeks as I am crying because I can't control my emotions. I use Duloxetine dork depression and Fybroimialga. So not only am I depressed but my body hurts really bad. Well the assistant got snotty with me and said if I can't wait I am welcome to go to the walk-in Stride in Lakewood. I said well I would if I lived in Denver. Then she said we'll okay if that's it Elizabeth Sabella will be calling you on Tuesday. Anyone with depression should know this is just wrong. This rating is only for the dental clinic. The doctors office is great. My worry is the dental clinic please be careful Dr.chow. 2years ago I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed as I did that he decided to take some cavities and fill them although after my wisdom tooth removal I had no more medicaid money to fill the open cavities. They told me to wait for the next month to fill them when i tried to make appointments they gave me the run around i was kind then covid happen and they would not see me as I have asthma and my cough made the dentist uncomfy at the time he prescribed meds over phone next call they informed me they would have to start my whole case over as i was a new patient. THIS WAS NOT TRUE i was phone prescribed meds month ago.. anyway my open cavities were starting to hurt so I tried to go in and ask for them to fill them instead they wanted to pull more teeth that didn't hurt then one of the teeth he even said was the worse on the cavities that he opened years ago left me hanging the tooth broke on a soft crust.. I had enough and searched for a new dentist worried i was going to lose more. I just spent 2-1/2 hours at comfort dental today trying to save my teeth she informs me that the cavities he opened was on the gum line and not sure how long the teeth will last.. I am so very upset I went to his dental clinic with alright teeth only having cavities to fill the wisdom was the big thing, now I struggle to keep my front teeth and my front tooth is gone and medicaid wont give a replacement.. If you value your teeth don't go here. I luv the hygenious but DR.chow If you open cavities FILL THEM!! that's your job you could have filled then charged anything but what just happened. read more

MCPN in arvada has been my doctor for almost ten years now and making the change to MCPN has changed my life. My doc is incredible and has found the underlying causes for why I have been in so much pain and have been so sick. Ruth Knight and her staff are thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate, yet firm and I trust my doctor with my life and my family's lives. After being diagnosed with a severe spinal condition, requiring surgery, and chronic internal disorders I at least now have the recourses and knowledge to take proper steps for living with "good quality of life" to the best of my ability. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Unethical and likely illegal Medicaid practices going on. When I made the Medicaid issues known to the management team, my job changed and I was subsequently written up. After demanding a meeting the next day I was terminated or I quit, I'm still not sure. This seems to be commonplace in this agency from HR to clinical staff. NO ONE IS SAFE. Sub-par treatment seems the standard of care to me. I would give them a negative number if I could. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU DESIRE FAIR TREATMENT! Someone should look into their compliance practices. A "Whistleblower" would probably cause wide-spread panic. I tried MCPN because I needed a new doctor, little did I know, that'd be the best decision I ever made. My doctor has been so thorough, and I couldn't be more impressed! I went in there after constantly being tired, and she tested me and found out I have sleep apnea. All my other doctors just told me to use the gym more and i'd be good. If it weren't for MCPN I might not have even been treated properly! Great doctors here, I love it! read more

If i could put a zero rating I would, this place is a joke! The staff has absolutely no idea what is going on. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the ER, came into see my primary and was prescribed pain killers and was told that when they were almost gone to call to get another prescription signed by the doctor and that it would take a couple days. Called three days later still not signed told me it might take 4 days. It has been a week now I'm completely out of pain pills and I'm in horrible pain. Being told a nurse needs to see my MRI when they made copies of all my paperwork showing my tumor when i saw my primary. They don't care about their patients, they don't care if your in pain. All they do is dick you around and tell you someone is going to call you. No one ever does! This place is absolutely horrible. Don't ever go here. read more
