A really fun place to visit with friends. Love the cool lighting, music & playing pool. Im not complaining about the actual strike 10 bowling, but actually the people that come here, absolutely disrespectful. I had a girl key my car right in front of the speed bumps because I "took" her parking spot, with witnesses. Security is nowhere to be found and the workers dont really seem to care about anything, I didnt even bother going through with getting a lane because my mood was already ruined before I even stepped into the place, and I saw another time walking back from the ice cream place that someone was brandishing a rifle of some sort, looked like an AK variant. Management definitely needs to do a better job with this place, hire some security for the nightime at least. read more

First time here but only for the hookah. All hookahs are smoked outside on the sidewalk seating area. The night was cool but better pillows on the couch would have made it great. Went there on a Monday night. Ordered 2 drinks had to wait 1 hour for a drink after half hour waiter said oh yeah bar is busy and then transfered the table to somebody else who tried to resolve the situation but still first drink took one hour, even thought drinks like $14 and $12, definitely not worth the price taking into consideration that they come in tiny plastic cup with old brown lime. Ordered second drink it came after 15 min and looked even smaller than first one. On the way out briefly told the manager about the experience but she didn't really seem interested in my feedback. Front staff seems to have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Five people to check in guests and when we do get up to try and reserve a lane they tell us they "don't take parties of 2 after 5pm." ( we arrived at 5:30pm) It would be one thing to have this information available on their website (with a phone number mind you so one can also call to get this info). Who would have known a bowling alley would have such ridiculous restrictions - oh and that they apparently don't want someone's money. Definitely never coming back. My fiancé and I have been waiting for this place to open for so long and it was worth the wait. We had the full experience. We played pool after a few drinks while we waited for our bowling lane to open and the bartenders were sweet and attentive. Definitely up & coming - located in Gulf Stream casino this place is nothing short of classy upscale bowling for ages 7 & up, though my parents did think it was a tad loud, (you can still talk to each other without yelling) my boys couldn't wait to play. Grandparents, moms & dads in our 30's and children in teens and even an 8 yr old agreed this was a great birthday walk-in. Awful experience‼ waiting 20 minutes to be seated once we were seated they were really friendly to us and said that they could accommodate our party of six once the people behind us left so we waited longer. Once those seats became available we started to sit in those seats and the manager told us that they were reserved for the people that were waiting after us as he did not realize that we were waiting for those seats because the other employees did not communicate it. Once the manager rrealized the mistake he Still did not attempt to rectify the situation and got hostile so we left. So when I was invited to go bowling on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to check out this hybrid concept of a mall. Strike 10 it's a high-end bowling place. Expensive, of course. $20 for an hour of bowling. But the good news is that they carry kosher food and vegan friendly options. Cocktails were delicious and our waiter Fernando was amazing. At one point, one of the waitress spilled some sauce near to our bags, and Fernando offer us a shot of tequila for the inconvenient. That was unexpected and great customer service. They are so far gone it's not funny. They will tell you your wait time is an hour and forty-five minutes (making people leave that can't stay that long) then call you in a hour. When you need two lanes because you have a large party they will make it almost impossible to get your party to the needed lanes. They take forever to get your order and barley acknowledge you until you flag down someone and tell them you need assistance. You will be waiting forever and a day for anything here. However there are plenty of drinks and games to keep you entertained. The food is good but extremely overpriced. Just like the $14 drinks! Mind you they have no other ramps leading up to the bowling lanes. My daughter had to be lifted up in her chair by the server and my nephew. The server was all over the place halfway attentive. Over half of the things on the menu couldn't be order because they have no cook. They brought us a smaller size table to use for our food that wasn't enough space. My family took my nephew here for his 21st birthday and it was not a great experience. It was a Wednesday night and not busy. It took the bartender forever to serve us drinks and never checked on us. Didn't offer us menus or anything. The service while bowling wasn't much better. No one brought plates or silverware, dirty dishes sat until we asked for them to be cleared, and the manager excused the people vaping next to us. He says that they allow vaping at night. Meanwhile, there were kids everywhere. I thought vaping was not allowed indoors. We were a large party and they made us squish in one little booth when there were a few open lanes. The food was not very good either. The only decent thing was the flatbread. Everything else we ordered was gas station quality.
