A great bowling alley with no strings attached This bowling alley is honestly great. I came here with one of my buddies and we bowled for a couple of hours and had an amazing time. The prices are all very reasonable. Two rounds of bowling plus a shoe rental was only a little over $20. A pitcher of Montauk IPA was only $13. And the reason i say, it's a great bowling alley with no strings attached, is because all of their lanes feature free standing bowling pins. Which makes for that classic sound we've all come to know and love whenever you hit a nice strike. Yes this place doesn't have the big screens over the pins showing an endless loop of music videos, but who really needs that anyway? Just good fun with good vibes at an affordable price. read more

Louie has done a wonderful job in renovating this older bowling alley. There is a great new snack bar there with tacos and other lunch specials. The seats are all new and very attractive and comfortable. I am seeing poor reviews and this is not fair . This is a small town bowling center, not a huge extravaganza in Manhattan . Still it has everything you need for a good time . It is a great way to spend an afternoon with my (senior) friends. And , Joe and Louie could not be nicer . read more

Great price for family fun. Everything worked, we had bumpers up for our group. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our group of 4 was able to play one game before the league night of games began and it was more than enough. There weren't that many light balls to choose from, however we had everything we needed. *WARNING* Do not purchase a Groupon for Strike 10 Lanes in Deer Park expecting to use it this week! My sister in law and I each purchased the 2 games and shoe rental for 2 people and went there with our kids. When you purchase it, the only restrictions listed are that it can't be used during league play or after 6 pm on Friday and Saturdays. However, once you get there they refuse to honor it because it's not valid during school breaks - which it doesn't state until after you purchase the Groupon and open the voucher, not prior to purchasing it or we never would have bought it and went all the way down there. There were 6 families that walked in while with the same thing while we were trying to deal with this. The 2 young men that were working there wouldn't honor it and the owner was not answering his phone when the one person working the counter tried 7 times to call him about this and told us that the owner doesn't care. I reported it to Groupon customer service and am waiting for a response. read more

I came here to bowl on a Saturday night after 7pm. They have maybe 30 lanes and only waited a half hour which was nice. I went for a drink at the bar during the wait I ordered a Guinness which was poured fine and perfect temperature. I ordered someone else a Diet Coke and rum and was looked at as if I was from Mars, the bartender said what so I once again requested a Diet Coke and rum she looked puzzled and said what again. I said a rum and Coke but instead of Coke give me Diet Coke and then she understood. Once half hour passed we were practically given the opportunity to bowl. Lanes were horrible and mechanical equipment failed often. The tables didn't have any hand sanitizer on them like Babylon bowl does, But did have plastic barriers between lanes. I wouldn't recommended bringing your family or date here as the crowd is young with lots of foul language. I will be going bowling elsewhere. read more

Decent bowling alley with more competitive prices than most others around. It would be great if they had a few more lighter-weight balls (my daughter couldn't find one), but we managed. Been here a couple times, but won't be back. Google says they're open until 11pm, which they usually are. We showed up at 9:30 wanting to play one game, just two people. The guy who is usually there said "Hey, I'm actually closing up right now, it's been dead all day." All of the lanes, lights and arcades were on, and a couple of customers were on their way out. I understand not wanting to work when there is no business, but I always thought stores should stay open until they're supposed to close. We had to change our plans for the rest of the night. Not to mention, last time we were there around 6:30 and tried to order food, the same guy said they were out of just about everything on the menu. We got two medium drinks that came out to $15. Definitely not worth going back when there are many other (nicer) alleys in the area with better service. read more

We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead, which was good for us but possibly alarming for them. However, we had fun bowling here. My only complaint was that it was hard to find lighter bowling balls. Most of them were 12+ pounds and we had to scrape together a few that were lighter. read more

Horrible service, the man who worked there was rude and sarcastic and had a huge attitude when asked to put up bumpers for my small children, rolled his eyes when I wanted to order food and drinks, said the grill wasn't working and acted like I was interrupting him, as he was sitting there watching tv, meanwhile we were the only people there, as the place was completely empty besides us. Mocked my children when they asked for their size shoes and told them he didn't have half sizes and had a complete obnoxious attitude the entire time. WORST PLACE EVER!! The person at the front desk was the nastiest person I have ever met. We bought a groupon and he screamed at us that it would not be accepted because "it said on the groupon not accepted after 7pm" which it did NOT at all. I read it three times and nowhere did it mention anything about that. He was SO rude and SO disrespectful. Our lane kept malfunctioning and the workers took 15 minutes to come over to help us (after asking them for the third time). Our group of 4 paid for a 1 hour bowling session. When we asked for them to give us the time we lost out on, the manager blatantly said "no, I won't do that." With the exception of one nice young man, the other employees were rude and dismissive. The place was rundown, the bathroom floors were sticky and there was no soap in the dispensers. It was quite clear that the people that worked there did not care about the condition of the place or the comfort of their costumers. Place had a deal for $12 unlimited bowling and $2 shoes in which I waited outside for a half hour. When I got in I was first in line and they completely said they were gonna serve these other 65 people that JUST CAME. They put people in lanes and didn't even fill to capacity and now I am standing alone for the past hour waiting for a lane. THERE IS ONLY ONE LANE WITH FULL CAPACITY IN WHICH THIS GROUP WAS SUPPOSED TO DO. Clearly unprepared and doesn't care about good customers. Great local spot for bowling! Best prices around for games and shoes, by far. Lanes are well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. The one complaint we had was that there weren't enough balls. We couldn't find a single 10 lb or lighter. Not necessarily a deal breaker but worth mentioning. read more

I don't know much about bowling, but after working in the customer service industry for over a decade, I can say that this establishment has among the worst customer service I have ever received. My party of 4 adults and 3 children bought a package deal for $150 that includes pizza, shoes, soda, and 1.5hrs of bowling. After getting set up with our lanes, I waited 30 minutes to inquire how long it would be for our food. The young man at the counter did he would find out and come to let me know. Another 20 minutes go by and I go back to ask , just to be told that he'd find out. We were kept waiting. Our bowling time ran out and we didn't get any food. As I approached the young man, he asks me rhetorically, "did you ever get your food?" No. I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me the mgr is really busy so it might be a while and if there's something he can do. I said I want a refund because I paid for a package deal, and the establishment didn't deliver a package. He says he can't do that so I must wait for the mgr. As I'm waiting, a nice man, James, tells me that he is on his day off, but he can try to help me. I tell him the story and that I want a full refund. He offers to only charge for the time bowled. I don't think that's good enough, so he says the manager on duty, Ms. Dawn, is who we must speak to. I wait another 10 minutes. Tired, hungry, and cranky, I track James down, thank him for being so nice, and to just charge me for the time bowled. Dawn then comes out and goes to speak to James. I attempted to get her attention, she responds with a snide "sir, I'll be right with you!" I ask her if she'd like to hear what happened, and she again responds "sir, I'll be right with you." At this point I turn to head out. As I'm at the door, she shouts "Happy New year!" I exit. Needles to say, I feel that this place doesn't value customers at all. read more

Horrible customer service Kevin was. Visited 6.18.21 with the family. Horrible plan of $16 per person even for a 3 year TODDLER...the place was EMPTY for a Friday at 6/7pm and now I see why. Won't be coming back. Save your money if you're a family with kids. You pay by the hour and clock starts when you pay NOT when you start bowling. HORRIBLE business plan and whoever came up with that should be fired. Their books probably in the red (if you take out PPP and SBA loans from their bottom-line). I give Strike 10 zero stars. We were having out town guests for the weekend and we wanted to take them bowling. I went in on Thursday to verify they had open bowling for Saturday at 2 The woman looked in the book and she said yes we do and she told me the prices $3.50/game and $4 for shoes. Fast forward to today....we go in at 2 and the same woman is there and says there's no open bowlIng today. After I reminded her of our conversation she said we can bowl one game if we want. Against our better judgment we bowled the one game. When we were done I told her we were very unhappy we had to pay $4 for shoes and only got to play one game. She looked at me smiled and said "come back again" I told her we would never return. Good management would have made the situation right by giving us a discount on the shoes or giving us coupons to come back again. read more

Stopped in the other day. I needed to use the restroom and have a drink in the bar afterwards. I have been here before on few times. The place was completely empty. There were two employees waiting at the counter. One asked if he could help with something. I asked politely if I could use the restroom. He replied I could but it wasn't a public restroom. I was here at 11:45 and their hours are not correct. They wouldn't let us in and were very rude about it. We've come back here other days and their service is very slow, they make you wait at the front desk for a while and then if you get food it's gunna take the entire time you're there. One if my favorite places on Long Island is back and better than ever. The place looks great, and more importantly open. I like how the bar looks it has tables that socially distanced apart, they added relaxed lighting to the place. The bartenders are very nice, Dana is very friendly and will listen to your stories and give advice like what bartender would do. George will talk to you about sports and politics and is very knowledgeable. They make you feel like you've known them for 5 years. read more

This bowling alley is great! Anthony is awesome and makes sure you have a great time! I encourage anyone in the area or surrounding areas to visit this bowling alley. It is fairly inexpensive and on some nights its very peaceful - which is a plus because I don't care for those who act loud and all ghetto while I am trying to get a real game going. They have great packages for bowling whether its single games or 3-hr bowling. The bartenders are great and make the drinks just right. Just when coming here, please be RESPECTFUL and keep the rowdiness down, switch turns when playing if crowded, don't hang outside and cause a raucous, and just have a great time. Just left this bowling alley... filthy and poor management. We did unlimited bowling for $20 a person... they didn't have my size shoe to start off to use for bowling shoes; then they gave my friend a ripped pair of shoes... then once we get the shoe situation situated there was not one bowling ball available we had to go around to other people and ask them if they had an extra on there lane... 4 of us went and we decided after the first game that we will just go home.. we asked to pay for one game instead of the 20 a person, and they offered us a coupon for one free game instead... 80 dollars for one game of bowling while sharing 2 balls amongst 4 people while in shoes not our size/ shoes that were falling apart... read more

Yikes- I'm not sure where to start but we went bowling here after seeing a good deal on Groupon. He man working was one of the slowest moving people. It took us a good twenty minutes just to get shoes, balls, and to our lane. Mind you the place was practically empty, aside from the group of seniors that clearly were in some type of league. The place is filthy, half the machines don't work, one bathroom out of service and there's a really funky smell going on. Awful. Terrible customer service. Called ahead to check lane availability and was told we were good for one lane. Got there 5 minutes later (to an empty bowling alley) and stood behind one other family waiting to be helped for 20 minutes, to then be told it was no longer available.
