There's plenty of equipment to go around, and even during peak hours you rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes to use a machine, bench, or squat rack. The gym is also exceptionally clean; it's clear the owners take pride in the space, because you'll barely find a speck of dirt or even a smudge on the mirrors. The owners, Norm and Joanna, are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're also very knowledgeable trainers who offer personalized training sessions tailored to your individual goals. What Titan Gym may lack in size, it more than makes up for with its sense of community. The members are incredibly welcoming and diverse--ranging from college students and young professionals to parents and older adults staying active in their later years. It's a place that supports both casual gym-goers and serious lifters alike (including a member who recently placed first in a state powerlifting competition). You also won't find the stereotypical "gym bro" atmosphere here--people are respectful of each other's space, time, and noise levels. The people here also organize activities outside the gym as well, ranging from Spartan races and marathons to casual hikes, beer festivals, concerts, and even weekend gaming. At the time of writing this review, Titan Gym is located in Alamo Ranch, though they plan to move to a much larger facility later this year (close to the Santikos Theatre). That will be a great step forward, as the current space can feel a little cramped in certain areas. Still, even in its current form, Titan Gym manages to create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. I'm personally a Texas transplant, and finding this gym went a long way to making this place a new home.

She paid special attention to my neck, shoulders and back, I carry lots of tension in those areas. We're workin on healing. The options start with a basic plan that includes the machines and heated pool. The price goes up as you add 24 hour access and classes. There is also a family plan for a very reasonable price. The memberships are for a year or you have the option of doing a $15 day pass to try out if you are only briefly in town. The classes looked amazing, and I am definitely interested in their Tai Chi, stretching, and core workout classes. They have all different levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced to meet you at your level. I was impressed with the option for elderly to do a sit and fit and the water classes of all different levels. There is a room with a beautiful view used for certain classes. But when not in use, clients can go in and use this room for stretching and weights. I was impressed with how well maintained everything looked and how organized the areas for specific workouts were arranged. Getting healthy and fit can be such a joy when it's done through places like the Wellness center.

All around decent gym! I have been a member of no less than two dozen gyms in my lifetime in various locations throughout the county so I have a good feel for things. What sets this place apart from most is the staff! Chloe Peña and Luke Roger's are top flight in my book. I see them most everyday during my workout and they have deep knowledge of everything I need to have a successful experience.
