I have driven by so many times and finally came in for a 7…read moreday pass....and joined within less thank a week : ) A small local gym that has so much to offer compared to others in the surrounding area- two full rooms filled with weight machines, cardio machines, ab machine area, spinning room, separate fitness class/workout room, daycare, massage room, fitness trainers, classes, meal prep, kitchen area, outdoor training area, plus more.... Future wise..there are plans of adding a pool. Very friendly atmosphere, all the staff have been wonderful. Just had my first massage with Angie and she was fabulous. She paid special attention to my neck, shoulders and back, I carry lots of tension in those areas. We're workin on healing. Also met a nice group of ladies that meet and work out together almost daily. Love the community and comradery to support and motivate each other as it should be. Cheers to health and fitness!

The options start with a basic plan that includes the machines and heated pool. The price goes up as you add 24 hour access and classes. There is also a family plan for a very reasonable price. The memberships are for a year or you have the option of doing a $15 day pass to try out if you are only briefly in town. The classes looked amazing, and I am definitely interested in their Tai Chi, stretching, and core workout classes. They have all different levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced to meet you at your level. I was impressed with the option for elderly to do a sit and fit and the water classes of all different levels. There is a room with a beautiful view used for certain classes. But when not in use, clients can go in and use this room for stretching and weights. I was impressed with how well maintained everything looked and how organized the areas for specific workouts were arranged. Getting healthy and fit can be such a joy when it's done through places like the Wellness center.

This place is great. Reasonably priced memberships and super friendly staff. We always go in…read morethere real late (they are open till 10 on weekdays) and there is one employee that will always say hi and talk to you a little, but not too much as to interrupt your workout. The equipment could use some updating, but there's never anyone in there to fight over what they do have. They also have a massage therapist on duty, who I totally plan on visiting as a non-food reward. Would recommend to anyone looking to pump some iron or get in shape:)
