Let's just say first impressions are everything. Went in today for my first time to sign up for…read moresome classes. Will was so kind, and welcoming. Was definitely moved by his spirit. He was so informative and went over the different classes especially for beginners such as myself. I will be starting my beginner series in June and I will be going to my first class tomorrow. Their discount incentives are awesome too if you're a newcomer. The atmosphere here is just so wonderful and very zen. I can't wait to start. Amazing and beautiful place. Went to my first class with Kanani yesterday awesome experience. Love going to yoga where we learn definitions and why we do the different poses and techniques. went to try the Lei'd back Gentle yoga class with Marie today, and as a beginner Ive learned several different restorative poses, and I was also very comfortable. Marie was so helpful and patient and always made sure I was comfortable she also didn't want me to feel completely out of my element. If you are worried about not being super good or super flexible and yoga may seem intimidating for you but you want to try yoga, Id suggest this class as a start. It helped with aches in my back from working out the day before and it helped de-stress especially if you need to relax after a long week at work.

I love this yoga studio. I have been coming here off and on since moving here in the fall of 2013,…read moreand even as different yoga teachers come and go, if you have a chance to take a class by Kanani who teaches most of the classes and is the owner, you are in for a treat. She has a gentleness that I credit to her Hawaiian heritage, but she is a great speaker and excellent verbal director and can get you into a variety of poses with ease. This studio does tend to cater to a more relaxed crowd. It does not have the pretentiousness of studios I have been to in CA and it is not always a continuous flow series depending on the class you take. But do not worry, you will get whatever you come to yoga for out of the class you attend. Every class has that relaxation as well as physicality you seek. Any pose can be modified for more or less difficulty. And Kanani is a master of relaxation and she has many interests that may include offering aromatherapy yoga in the future. The studio is also philanthropic and she always has a toy or food drive going for local causes. Lastly, if you are a pregnant woman looking for a prenatal class, look no further, Kanani can modify any class to suite your needs. You do not have to seek out a special prenatal class, she is comfortable and knowledgeable with all body types is the bottom line. I have participated in yoga classes throughout my 1st pregnancy and now into my 2nd without issue.

I did the intro class, which is a 30 minute class that they give you so that you're able to get a taste of what it's like to do Pilates on a reformer. And then afterwards they let you know that you can get a membership. You have to bring socks with rubber soles to be able to work out there. If you don't have them, you'll have to buy them at Club Pilates. I got mine off Amazon for $10. (Unfortunately they do not honor the coupon for free socks that you get when you check in on the Yelp app for their intro class. The membership is $89, $150 or $200. The price varies based on how many classes you anticipate going to each month, and the level of difficulty. For example, the $89 membership covers 4 classes a month. You get a 10% discount if you are military, sober, teacher, or first responder. They waive the $59 enrollment fee if you sign up the day of your intro class. For the intro class, they do beginner moves. I found it to be slightly challenging, so I think it would provide a good workout. The studio was clean, well organized and well lit. I would definitely sign up if I wasn't already signed up with Hotworx.

The ladies who work the front desk play the BEST music! I was brand new to Pilates just a year ago and was looking for something to help repair my abdomen and pelvic floor after having a baby. Pilates has changed my life and thanks to these instructors I feel more confident in my form and I'm only getting better. I look and feel better overall and I always leave my workouts feeling accomplished. I highly recommend this specific studio, try the FREE intro class, you won't regret it!

This is just a review for the free intro class. ____…read more I'm no stranger to Pilates, as I've done the mat version for several years at my old gym. However, when I had the chance, I never took a reformer class or a personal training session. So, when I saw that Club Pilates was nearby, I decided to book an intro class to see what it's like. In 30 minutes, we covered a decent amount of information. Granted, there's a lot of equipment to become familiar with, but we got a general idea of the carriage, straps, and foot bar and managed to do some lunges, bridge work, and movements with the straps in our hands and feet. Syd was great at explaining things and correcting folks (with permission). She was also cool about answering my questions after the intro class. There's a strong community among the members. After class, people chatted while sanitizing their stations and then said goodbye. It seems like a good place to get into, but I've been traveling lately and haven't made a decision yet.
