The technician performed the work and finished in less than thirty minutes. Later, I received a bill for $299. This bill was for the exact same service as was performed a year prior, and they expect me to pay an increase of more than 70% above last year's price. No verbal notice was provided to me during the scheduling of this service about this exorbitant increase in the pricing of their services. I have attempted, multiple times across multiple days, to have a revised bill sent to me, because this price increase, coupled with the lack of communication about said price increase, is absurd and unreasonable. During my communications, I have offered to pay more than what I paid last year, and have asked for a new invoice. Ultimately, Adams did send a new invoice. This one for only 20% above the price of last year's service. Included with the new invoice was a sheet detailing their new pricing structure. I have no intention of working with Adams again. The annual maintenance is something almost any person can perform, especially thanks to the copious amount of informational material available through YouTube and elsewhere. Greed was their downfall, and I caution you against working with Adams.

Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.
