Upstairs is a ton of cardio equipment and a room for stretching or using the medicine balls. There are also basketball courts, a walking track and racquetball. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The weight room can get busy around 5:00pm but we've never had a problem finding a machine upstairs to use. We're very happy with this gym.

My 5 year old loves coming here! Great place to beat the summer heat for both of us. I like that…read morethey swim test all kids under 12 in order to give them a certain color of bracelet that determines what they're allowed to use in the park. The swim test consists of being able to swim a certain distance and then float on your back for ten seconds. My son was able to do this, so he was able to utilize everything. He loves the diving board, the two water slides, and the splash park. Just a note: goggles are not allowed on the diving board or the water slides. There's also a large pool with several swim lanes. As an adult, you can take advantage of all these things as well or just relax on a lounge chair. (just please, for the love of God, watch your kids!! I can't tell you how many unruly kids or kids that aren't comfortable in the water are without supervision, and it drives me nuts!) If you aren't a member, it's $10 for adults and $5 for kids. There are plenty of life guards, but some of them could be a little more "kid friendly".
