Their work is impeccable and often they have brought issues to our attention before they become problems. Working in a high-rise apartment building has its challenges: Noise control, organization, staying out of tenants' way, etc. all add to the stress of doing repairs, improvements and general maintenance. These guys know what they are doing. My husband and I had them renovate our guest house which was a great mess, built in 1961. They offered us a design that immediately took our hearts and started working onsite in 5 days after the contract was signed. Working with you has been a real pleasure! We loved that we didn't have to worry about any of the logistics or supply parts, neither was there any need to control their works. Any time we came for an inspection on site, everyone was working and all was very clean and professional. They were done two weeks ahead of time and we absolutely loved all! We had a big hidden structural damage in our house because of the leakage. We interviewed 4 contractors and we were lucky to chose 'Strong Builders Construction, Inc.' Radu, the President of the Co, impressed us with his knowledge, clear vision of what should be done and how long it will take. His price was reasonable. He came to see how the project was going on 2-3 times per day, his people were very skillful, they worked without extra 'intermissions', they did not spend extra time waiting for some materials. The project was completed on time, the territory was cleaned and SF City inspector approved the work right away. We had to invite 'Strong Builders Construction, Inc.' one more time for another related problem and our impression did not change. Radu did a very thorough job of researching the best solution, including going to the city to look up records on my property. I had approximately 10 other contractors come look at my property to consult with me on the plans did not seem sound. Radu's plan made sense and the cost was reasonable. Strong Builders Construction is fantastic! Peter's and Julian's work was great- they installed ceiling lights, several doors, hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets! Hardwood floors looks amazing, kitchen cabinets are perfect as well as doors and lights! Also they just finishing up with the bathroom and I'm completely impressed with their work- my bathroom looks incredible!!!
