I honestly didn't think I'd be able to lift as much as I did today, but he pushed me in a way that felt challenging, motivating, and safe. One thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable he was and how much attention he paid to form. He even complimented my form, which definitely made me feel good and is something I'll be sure to relay back to my trainer at home!
