We focused on chest and arms, and from the start he took the time to assess where we were at and what we were capable of before progressively increasing the weight. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to lift as much as I did today, but he pushed me in a way that felt challenging, motivating, and safe. One thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable he was and how much attention he paid to form. He even complimented my form, which definitely made me feel good and is something I'll be sure to relay back to my trainer at home! You can tell he knows what he's doing and wants people to build confidence while getting stronger. Looking forward to working out with him again the next time I visit!

They have good equipment and a nice variety of machines and free weights. They have everything I need to keep on top my exercise regime. They only cons I can list are that they don't provide towels or shower supplies, but this in normal for a gym that is priced at this price point. They do have 1 shower that is kept clean and if you bring your own stuff you can use it. They also do not have locking lockers, just cubbies to put your stuff in. But it's clear that the people that go here are nice folks and I never feel that my stuff is at risk at all. They have two rooms for stretching. One with big soft stationary mats and another with yoga mats that you roll out and put away when your done. The yoga mats are a little beat up. So bring your own if your going to have an issue with that. Overall I am very glad I found this place and am grateful that it's very centrally located and has a friendly but considerate group of people working out. Highly recommend checking it out.

It's in a separate room…read morewhere the personal trainer operates out of..I been using the machine to take my weight measurement..it's got instructions on it, easy. Been doing it for 2 years. Never been questioned or told I can't do that ect..today when I stepped on it and employee asked me what I was doing as if I was violating some sort of rule or policy..I said just scanning my weight..she began to tell me I couldn't do that ect. And I was stumped, why? Then some 30 something guy came up and started talking down to me like in a child about it and I got pissed. Hey, I been doing this for 2 years I don't know who you are. Then I just returned to my routine. When I was leaving I went and told the woman in the room; " hey, I'm sorry for the confusion or whatever I did wrong, I thought it was ok" she said she just started and wasn't really sure about it anyway..then I stopped at the office to apologize to the young guy who really got in my face,and talked down to me. I said I'm sorry didn't mean to make trouble ect..then he went into his reasons ect. I then tried to explain, I didn't think I broke a rule or was overstepping my boundaries, I have weighed myself on that for over 2 years, nobody questioned me or said no ect..and he cut me off and said hey you said you came in to apologize now you are lecturing me, if you are going to lecture me, I no longer accept your apology..so, seeing he has a power trip, telling me he's the owner ect. I said hey, it's not that big a deal, and asked him: how old are you? I'm 34,well I'm 68. I don't like being talked to like I'm a child, by someone young enough to be my son. Then he really got angry .so, sorry, I am the customer. I don't think, I really committed some big crime or offense. But, the owner is a dictator like disrespectful young boy, not a man, because a man understands basic respect for those older and basic customer service, in a service business. Was I wrong ? I'm not even sure anymore. But I'm not happy with this little dictator owner. Who never even bothered to say his name .I pay to come there. You don't pay me .

Ive had a family membership here for almost 10yrs. My wife has been way more consistent thanks to…read morethe childcare program that they have. It's available daily for up to two hours per child. Theres one downstairs for younger children and one upstairs for older kids. They also have parents night out events that let you drop your kids off for pizza and movies. They have lots of options to choose between for all types of fitness levels and interests. They have a great weight room area and equally great machine area, they have yoga rooms, stationary bike room, a rock climbing wall and much more. The recreational pool is heated, lap pool isn't and the kiddie pool isn't either but it's a great cold plunge in the winter. I usually hit that then the sauna before my workouts. They have a basketball court inside and pickle ball courts outside in the back which always has action on them. Theres so much more they offer but I still have not had the chance to try it all out. Their juice/ snack bar is amazing. The soups and wraps are fire!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids. The staff is great and the place is clean. Can't think of anything negative about this place to be honest.

Because of that, I've heard many conversations about negative interactions with Alexa at the front desk/ around gym and after experiencing it myself, I now understand exactly what they were talking about. It was disappointing to see that's why I decided to write a review. It's not necessarily what is said it's how it's said. I had been communicating with the finance department by email/ over phone about adding my fiancé to my membership. When we arrived, I simply tried to explain that he was accompanying me so we could complete the process. Before I could even finish my sentence, Alexa interrupted me and spoke to me in a condescending and unfriendly manner. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude when I was simply trying to explain the situation. I've referred three friends, my mother joined because of my recommendation, and I was in the process of adding my fiancé. I genuinely enjoy this gym, which is exactly why this interaction was so frustrating. As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer service is. The front desk staff are the face of the business and set the tone for every member's experience. One employee can either strengthen a company's reputation or damage it. Alexa's behavior did not reflect the welcoming environment that members expect. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback and customer service training happends seriously because no member should be made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or dismissed the moment they walk through the door.
