Really disheartening…read more Got my wedding dress steamed and pressed only. My mom picked up the dress yesterday and when she opened the bag at home, she called me crying. The dress has more wrinkles in it than when I dropped it off, they broke my garment bag zipper, and overall the dress is worse than when I initially dropped it off. I immediately drive into town to take a look as I live 2 hours away. My wedding is in just a few days. I call to see if I can speak to a manager and I'm told he won't be in until tomorrow. This morning, I bring in pictures of the dress and ask for my money back. The manager was extremely rude, his employee claims the bag was broke when I dropped it off, and says their work is professionally done. He then says I'm just trying to get my money back and he won't do that. First off, the bag was not broke when I dropped it off. That is when I knew I couldn't trust them. As you said, a garment bag is only $5 so why would you lie about this? You had safety pins to keep the bag closed. What women would drop off her wedding dress in a bag like that? Secondly, you claim these are "minor" issues and that you don't see a problem. You talked down to me. You didn't care your work was not to my satisfaction. I will not bring this dress back since this is the level of care you treated it with the first time around. My father was able to break through to the manager and he finally offers for us to bring the dress back tomorrow for them to fix it (not today, which he said is none of my business as to why they cannot handle this issue today). Keep the money, you'll need it if this is the level of customer service and quality of work you provide. I will gladly take my dress elsewhere and pay a rush fee so you do not touch my dress again.

They didn't even ask me if it was ok, before they put holes in my shirts. They also "tried" to clean another jersey and shirt of mine. When they couldn't get the stains out, they didn't offer any sort of refund or price deduction for those 2 items. Other shirts they "cleaned" had a weird sticky/dry feel. I'll never use this business again.

I told her that I didn't have my receipt and at this point she turned around loudly stated to someone in the back, "this is why you keep you F*#@ing receipt." I couldn't believe my ears. I would rate this, terrible customer service. Oh, and when she found my suit (which took less than a minute) she realized that she spelled my name wrong when I dropped it off. So had she done her job correctly, she wouldn't have this issue in the first place. Appalled. I will never go back.

Easy to operate the machines that use the PayRange system. Install the Payrange app, add a credit to your account and from there, activate the machine you wish. It all worked just fine. Not only was Susanna amazing, but her entire staff was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the alteration stretched the fabric and caused the top and sides of the dress to gap when they hadn't before. I returned to have the pads removed less than 24 hours later because I was I was unhappy with the result. I tried the dress on and they agreed that the dress no longer looked right. They removed the pads. I requested a refund since the alteration did not turn out as expected and they took back the pads back. They told me they could not without the manager. I was then told the manager would call me. I waited 4 days and was never called. I called the store and they told me they would not issue a refund and I would have to come back again, even know the other employees already saw the dress and the outcome. I also had the customer receipt as well. I understand that alterations can sometimes have unexpected results, but I was disappointed by the both the outcome of the dress and the lack of follow-up. As well as the tone of the manager I expected better service.
