I would rate this, terrible customer service. Oh, and when she found my suit (which took less than a minute) she realized that she spelled my name wrong when I dropped it off. So had she done her job correctly, she wouldn't have this issue in the first place. Appalled. I will never go back.

The manager/seamstress, was dismissive from the start. Instead of offering her professional opinion on hemming my dress, she simply told me to decide how short I wanted it, without examining the garment or providing any guidance. I basically should have pinned the garment on my own because she was worthless. When I got to the counter, she handed me a waiver. When I politely asked why I needed to sign a formal gown waiver for a jersey knit dress, she responded, "I'm the manager, and you sign it or I I can refuse to do your alterations,". When I continued to ask why this was considered a formal gown, she started removing the pins to say she wasn't doing the work. Scary she is a manager. When I asked who I could contact to share my concerns, she told me to "do my own research and figure it out." That response was unprofessional and completely inconsistent with the service I've received from Alterations Express over the years. I contacted the corporate office and hope the company addresses this hostile employee. no customer should ever be treated that way.
