Happy July 4th 2026 in celebration of 250 amazing years! Cheers to ten quarters of a century old!!…read moreThat's a lot of quarters. What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Thank you so much Jack for your professionalism, wealth of foot knowledge and helpful tips, answering our questions, friendly and courteous manners, patience, and amazing service. My daughters and I are grateful to have found you and your Foot Solutions. We'll be back for more comfy and supportive shoes in the near future. Happy Feet for Happy Life Always! Note on Exchange Policy: "WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Merchandise may be EXCHANGED for either different merchandise or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Must be in original packaging. Custom, worn, or modified merchandise cannot be exchanged."

What else are you looking for? He orders & stocks quality products. I liked a brand & style from Germany called Finn Comfort and Jack ordered them to make it happen! Had to get the euro size right a couple times, so it took several weeks for the eventual shoes to come from Germany. He called me back to let me know to pick them up as soon as they arrived. I was very happy with his customer service, location of the store, hours and knowledge of shoes. You just don't get that kind of knowledgeable & courteous service very often anymore. Used Apple Pay for the purchase. Thank you Jack! I'll be back for more shoes when the time comes. Foot solutions solves problems! You won't be disappointed.

Looking at the prices for the shoes, you can get it cheaper elsewhere. NOTE: Non Refundable!!!! If you believe so much in your product, why would you make it non refundable? Or give at least a 90-day option. I tried it for a few months. I followed the instructions as noted on the sheet they gave you. For me, it made my pain worse. I went to a chiropractor and mentioned he doesn't know how this company stays in business as the product is so hard and bad for your arch. Needless to say, I'm out $1500+. I just threw the insoles away because even the maintainers hurt my feet when I worked out. And yes, I'm using the right size shoes and it's sneakers. Lastly, they say you can put it on any shoe, even flip flops (worst). Well, so far, all my shoes other than sneakers do not fit right. The insoles are high that my heel keeps slipping out. And yes, I removed the current insoles. Horrible product and a waste of my money. I DO NOT recommend it. I got a drug store brand, and it's so much better on your feet.

After falling for their schpeel, I purchased the $1500 (yes, you read that right) plastic insoles. WHAT A RIP OFF. They call these a medical device so you cant return them. I have never in my life had such ill fitting supports in my shoes. Please dont fall for the deception that they present to you. They wont tell you the price until the very end of their sales schpiel. Then say "you can finance." Ive had better success & relief with inserts that I purchased for 8 bucks at Ross. Another issue is the store is quite far from me. 40 minutes. I returned the first set they gave me because the insert was hitting me at my heal instead of in my very high arches. The next pair...did the same thing. The final pair that I am stuck with also does the same thing. I couldn't keep driving so far every single weekend because they are unable to fit me correctly. Then, they say you have 3 sets of inserts. The first you wear for 20 minutes. The next pair, you wear for hours. The 3rd pair you wear at the end of the day. I mean....whyyyyyyyy? The sales associates are not medical providers. They are SALES people. I kick myself everyday that I allowed myself to fall for their sales tactics. I guess when you've been in horrible pain for so long, you want any help you can get. Ive not even told my Doc I went there because I am embarrassed that I fell for the scheme. I should've waited for custom orthotics that HE provides. Im still paying Care Credit monthly for these things that I now, never even use. Such a crock! Please dont fall for this!

I have been a patient of this Dr. Wittenberg for quite some time, and prior to today, I had always…read morefound him pleasant and enjoyed seeing him. Unfortunately, my experience today completely changed my opinion. I have a plantar fibroma on the bottom of my left foot that has grown significantly and is now causing considerable pain while walking and even while sleeping. In the past, I received injections, but they were extremely painful and were no longer providing relief. Because of that, we previously discussed the possibility of surgery. During a previous visit, I was told that an MRI was needed before determining whether the fibroma could be surgically removed. My understanding from that conversation was that the MRI would help determine whether the fibroma was attached to the plantar fascia and whether surgery would be an appropriate option. I was unable to complete the MRI at that time because of financial circumstances. When I was finally ready to move forward, I scheduled it, but I was informed that the order had expired and that I needed to see the doctor again before a new order could be issued. That was the entire purpose of today's appointment. When he asked whether I had completed the MRI, I attempted to explain why I had not. Instead of allowing me to fully explain my circumstances, I felt that he repeatedly talked over me, called me "noncompliant," accused me of making excuses, questioned whether I was a surgical candidate, and ultimately told me that I should find another doctor to treat this problem. What made the interaction even more frustrating was receiving information today that seemed inconsistent with what I had previously been told regarding surgery. Today, he indicated that he does not perform surgery on these types of fibromas, which left me confused because our previous discussions were specifically about obtaining an MRI to determine whether mine could be surgically removed. If surgery was no longer something he was willing or able to perform, I would have appreciated having that explained to me clearly and respectfully. Instead, the conversation focused heavily on labeling me "noncompliant" and accusing me of making excuses. I understand that physicians make recommendations and that treatment plans can change based on medical circumstances. However, patients also have the right to make decisions regarding when they are financially and personally prepared to proceed with non-emergency testing or treatment. I did not continue returning for injections because I had already explained that they were painful and ineffective for me. My intention was to return when I was ready to complete the MRI and seriously pursue surgery--which is exactly what I was attempting to do. What upset me most was the lack of compassion and consideration for my circumstances. I did not feel heard. I felt dismissed and judged rather than treated like a patient who was trying to move forward with her care. I walked into the office expecting a routine follow-up and a renewed MRI order. I walked out feeling humiliated, extremely angry, and in tears after being told that perhaps I should find another physician. That was particularly disappointing because my previous experiences with this doctor had been positive. I never expected to be treated this way. Patients deserve clear and consistent communication about their treatment options, and they deserve to be spoken to respectfully even when a physician disagrees with their decisions or timeline. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either during today's appointment, and this experience has changed how I feel about continuing my care with this physician.

His confidence and knowledge regarding my procedure instantly put me at ease. On my way home there was some excess bleeding. I emailed Dr and he responded right away with his thoughts regarding what I should do. I asked when I could run. He left the room was gone a couple mins, then comes back and says if I feel like running, run. I did just that. I run for my mental health and had been down most of the year, due to other surgeries, I had been waiting patiently for the okay. So for the next 7 wks I ran. I then come into the office for my 14 wk post op and the new MA say he'd like to know are the toes going numb while walking of running, I replied running, she said you're not supposed to be running, then walks out and tells Bregman that I'm running per his pervious MA's okay. Instead of coming in and saying let's reexamine your foot and see if it's injured he proceeds to laugh with the MA and I can hear them both, which put me on the defensive. So when his MA came back in and said your not to run and he'll see you in 6 weeks I replied I'll continue to run and asked if there was anything else was told no, walked to the reception area and booked a follow up. His office then called me about an hour later while I was in a doctors office, didn't leave me a message, so I didn't think anything of it. Then 3 days after my appointment Bregman reaches out is email, saying he's not concerned with what has already happened to my foot, even though I was.. So over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I gave him the chance to tell me what he thought had already happened, he never answered, but what he did keep repeating was that his office reached out to me a few times and left me a few messages.. Then on Sunday when I saw that he lied in my chart and said I didn't get instructions for my new orthotics, which btw I told him about in email that I didn't get instructions so why would you add that making i refused them, are you trying to be vindictive? Then said I walked out without making a follow up appointment also not true.. So he replied with I was told my office called you a few times and left you a few messages and this isn't a court of law or a litigation and this is miscommunication on both our sides, like wtf?? I'm concerned about my foot and whether it's been redamaged thanks to your insubordinate MA and all I get from you is sorry a family member is terminally ill, MA is giving bad advice, I had time to laugh at you, but not to walk into you room and reexamine, just more excuses, I was seriously just looking to you for honesty about my foot, as this was my 2nd surgery on it in 2 years and I wanted to know if it was okay. So I got a second opinion from a doctor who will actually comes in and sees their patients and not rely on their MAs to relay msgs that never get lost in translation to him.. Just last week is an example. the pic is the list of things I had for Bregman and what got discussed- left foot numbness right foot-we can set up on some payment plans and do laser or shockwave .. So surgery foot not important and right foot yea let's get her to spend more money.. and my right foot the MA has it in her notes that I said my toes and heel on are numb, no where does my notes say my heel is numb.. This is what I'm talking about..

During two separate consultations in their office, the focus was not on addressing my medical concerns, but rather on high-pressure sales pitches for vitamins and footwear products. When I sought treatment for an open wound on my foot, the practitioner prescribed an ointment that proved entirely ineffective over a two-and-a-half-month period of consistent use. Throughout these visits, the practitioner prioritized commercial interests over clinical assessment, failing to provide the necessary medical attention for my condition. Consequently, I feel that I paid for professional services that were never rendered. I cannot recommend this practitioner, as their primary focus appears to be sales rather than patient health. I strongly advise others to seek care from a qualified medical professional who prioritizes evidence-based treatment and patient well-being.
