Excellent! The guy took my iPad, looked at it and said "Yeah. I can fix it." He was apologetic for not finishing it by the end of the day. I brought it 90 minutes before closing. Phone battery was very weak, stopped by to get fixed after researching company online. Website advertises 30 minute battery repair but was given a 4 hour wait time. I was told if the battery didn't fix the issue then something else was wrong and they'd have to do further repair. Day passes and battery is still acting up, so I take it to the Apple store and they run diagnostic on it just to find out the battery replacement was not new and was already at 87 percent health. Save your money and go get it replaced at Apple for half the price. read more

My experience here wasn't as great as most of the other reviewers. I took my iPhone 7 which has a cracked screen to be replaced. It took about two hours and it looked as good as new. The lady at the counter gave me a disclaimer stating that the phone rarely had issues after the fix and if so I could bring it back under the one year warranty. I didn't think much of it. However, in the two weeks since it has been replaced, it doesn't even seem like the same phone I took in. Seriously, my phone was completely fine before the screen crack...only a year old on the Sprint iPhone Forever plan. I expected the screen touch to be a bit different because Apple didn't repair but this is honestly ridiculous. Everything is off. The touch features are inconsistent and some parts of the screen are unresponsive. There are these highlighted dots that you notice when the background is lighter...it looks like rainbow specks. The dimensions of touch such as the harder press to peek into texts and links does not even work anymore. After a week, I took my phone back to see if they could possibly help. The guy at the counter ran his finger along the sides of the screen, told me he saw nothing wrong or any dead pixels and gave me my phone back. He didn't seem to care at all. I don't write bad reviews really but this place really could be better. The customer service was lacking and my phone has become almost useless. I now have no choice but to get a new phone. I would look elsewhere before coming here. There are places in the area that are a bit cheaper with better customer service and guaranteed results. read more

I can't say enough good things about STS Repair! Do yourselves a favor and use STS Repair for all your computer repair needs. These guys are all about the customer and aren't trying to gouge you! I thought my laptop's hinge was broken and took it to two other computer repair places... these other places looked at it and quoted $130 - $150 to fix it AND I'd have to wait at least a week for the parts! Great experience with Glen from STS this week! I walked in with a shattered iphone screen and within 30 minutes had a brand new screen that was pretty much identical to the original. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I would definitely use STS again. My screen repair was about $70 and that included a tempered glass screen protector.
