I provided all my materials in a timely manner but she filed my taxes months late and only with my prodding. I was then penalized with late fees, which she did not cover. Instead she invoiced me for almost 4 times the original amount she quoted, which I had to push to get reduced. On top on that I just received a letter stating the filling was wrong and that I now owe additional money. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accountant. I can't speak for the other services she offers but taxes are not her forte.

There is no need for something that basic to cost over $5. As other reviews have noted, charging $2.25 simply to open an email (to open the document I'm already being charged over $2 to get printed) is just comical, no?
