I went to this clinic because I was in extreme pain and it was late in the evening. I was able to get financing for my procedure. My wisdom tooth was saved and a screw was placed next to the side of a pre-existing gap or empty space of tooth. The plan of treatment was to eventually receive an abutment and a crown for that tooth. I waited about a month and a half to two months for my next procedure to be performed. I was given a list of the costs totalling $6632.00. Once I arrived at the dental office, I was shocked to find that my dental procedure was gonna cost me another $3500 plus. I was not aware or was not entirely explained in full detail of the final cost of treatment. Beware of Healthcare places of business like this. I will be going elsewhere to finish my dental work.

The first one he bragged no other dentist would…read moreconsider doing with my low of bone density but he talked me into it saying he was the "best". 7 years later and the implant has failed and my new dentist has told me after reviewing my original xrays it absolutely should not have been done in the first place. When having my second implant done, Dr Kim incorrectly inserted my IV causing pain all down my arm and keeping me from going to sleep. When I tried to alert him to this he told me to "shut up" or I would "ruin his good work." leaving me awake and in pain for the remainder of the procedure. The only saving grace was the nurse who put the gas mask on me every chance she got, leading to me telling myself I was just a car at the mechanic so the drilling into my face was standard procedure. I am still traumatised by this experience, leaving me shaking and crying for even the most basic dental cleanings. I have sat on this review of his horrible bedside manor wanting to believe he had at least been successful with a difficult case of an implant but now that I am having to spend time, money, and revisit trauma to have it removed it is more clear than ever Dr Kim cares more about his ego than his patients. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

My problem was that one side of my lower jaw was lower than the other side. Dr. Taylor did the best he could to aligned my jaw evenly and adjust it as close as he could without damaging any nerves. I definitely see a difference in my side profile and the frontal view as well. I did not have any complications nor bleeding. The 1st bridge that was placed on my bottom teeth had holes in the front that can be visibly seen & the whole time I was gaslit from the entire staff saying they don't see the holes or discoloration when you can clearly see it in a picture. They were nervous when we attended the first time but that went away quickly after Jennifer made them feel comfortable and made the experience silly and fun. We don't live near the area but will continue to make the commute to this dentist since my family, especially my kiddos enjoy our semi annual teeth cleaning sessions.
