Bryan, the boss of Modern Builders, is young, energetic, hard-working and sincere. The first time when he visited our home and discussed everything about our re-roofing need, I was quite sure I would hire him to do the job, and finally I did after comparing with 3 other companies. Today, the project is finally completed. Even though it took longer than originally told, but it was not 100% their fault. Simply put, I am very satisfied with the job they have done. Bryan is always there for you so you can ask any questions by emails, by texts or phones. While the foreman, Javier, impressed me very much as well. He always carefully listened to whatever questions that I have, big or small, and jumped into action right away to solve the problems, even with extra miles. My roof and gutters was a mess (including my yard) due to my neighbor's pine tree. I requested a quote from local roofers for the roof/gutter cleaning and replacing one attic vent. Bryan reached out to me and came within the week to physically inspect the roof. At that time I also asked if he could also maintenance my vents/flashings to which he added towards the estimate. He was able to provide me an estimate the same day which I thought was reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I was able to have Bryan and his team come out to complete the service within 2 weeks (mostly because of my schedule) and their team did a splendid job! Roof and gutters are pristine. New vent and other vents/flashings were resealed. I'm not sure if it was the color of the sealant or rust-free paint, but the vents/flashings now blend with the color of my roof. T & B drywall came and did an amazing job painting our nursery, bathroom and our garage! They are an honest, small, awesome and hard working group. Bryan came by for an estimate, took pictures and notes and got back to us with a very competitive bid. On the first day they arrived a little late ( but had texted us a heads up) and made up for it by working a little later that night. By the end of the day we knew we had made the right decision. The team had already done a great job-- especially on a custom wall where we wanted them to fill in some multicolor sections following a sketched outline for a mural. It came out fantastic. Bryan and Tony then asked us to take a good look the following day (after everything dried) to see if we had any further touch up requests or spotted anything. The next morning we noticed a little streaking in the specialty metallic finish in our garage-- I texted Bryan and he immediately responded and the team came back the following day to spray a top coat and even out the whole thing.
